Abstract: In this paper, the common diseases about bridge deck pavement of the completed highway in Heilongjiang province have been made practical investigation and analyze why these diseases happen. It also combines the climate features in north cold areas,from the way of using High quality modified asphalt,reducing the catalytic point temperature of pitch to improve the low temperature anti-crack property, using high strength coarse and fine aggregate,adjusting gradation of mixture aggregate and the ratio of oil to stone to improve temperature and water stability and durability for Concrete pavement project of Nao Li river bridge connected Jian San river with Hu Lin highway .From trabecular bending test、Freeze-thaw splitting test、Rutting test and Immersion Marshall test,that compares different influence research on pavement performance of bridge with Bitumen concrete bridge deck which have different polyester fiber content .The experimental result indicates the proportion of polyester fiber can clearly ameliorate the temperature stability、hypothermia anti-cracking performance and water stability of Asphalt .And within a certain range of polyester fiber content,various road performances will be improved with the increasing of polyester fiber content,and on this basis,the optimum polyester fiber content is raised.

Abstract: According to the regional characteristics and climatic features in a cold region, interpret the relationship between building exterior pattern and energy-saving design by do the research on building size, building skin and construction design method,and explore how to combination of both, explore the possibility of the development of energy-saving building forms in a cold region on this basis, and enrich its architectural form vocabulary.

Abstract: With the surface materials of cold region buildings as the research object in this paper, a study on the changes in the color of surface materials in the cases of discoloration, fading and yellowing is made. The changes in the chroma, brightness and hue of visible colors in the case of the use of different building materials are analyzed. The results show: the brightness increases with an increase in the time of exposure, chroma decreases with an increase in time, chromaticness declines fastest and the changes and attenuation of hue are the slowest.

Abstract: Small towns in cold region own special ecological environment. Aiming at their particular climate characteristics, the green space system planning of small towns in cold region was studied. Through analyzing the problems of the green space system planning of small towns in cold region, the study proposes five levels planning strategy, including developing the regional integrated green space system planning of small towns in cold region, building the stable green network structure of town, improving quantity and quality of green space of small towns in cold region, strengthening winter landscape construction of small towns in cold region, and inheriting ice and snow culture of small towns in cold region, in order to promote the sustainable development of green space system planning of small towns in cold region.

Abstract: Nowadays, there is an upward trend for the need to the medical institutions considerating the increase of the living standard in society. Abstract: In order to guarantee the design quality of the pavement in a cold area, by analyzing the nature conditions in the area, such a cold and long winter, short summer and high altitude, based on the reason of road frost damage, not only submit the design measure according to the basic performance requirements of structure of materials and the thickness of frost layer, but also submit the design measures according to provision of drainage system, isolated layers and blocking groundwater sources..

Abstract: An actual office building with ventilated double-skin facade (VDSF) in cold region has been studied for researching the opening or closing performance of VDSF on the airflow window in winter. In the daytime of winter, airflow window of external facade should be closed, and airflow window of internal facade should be open, according to which the indoor temperature can be kept at a comfortable level effectively, and the purpose of reducing the indoor thermal load and the building energy consumption of air conditioning can be reached. The research also provides the best time of the airflow window of internal facade to open and close. If one directly applies the analysis of experimental results to guide the construction of VDSF and other energy-saving design of buildings, it can provide a reliable reference for similar projects.

Abstract: All of public buildings, commercial building is a special type of energy consumption larger, especially the energy consumption of air conditioning. This paper illustrates entrance space of commercial building in cold region of China as the research project, studying its energy-saving design. Aiming at the problems existing in the present designs, this paper puts forward some targeted solution measures: adopt reasonable entry form, increase thermal damping space, expand the entrance area and make full use of solar energy. These measures can reduce the heat loss of the entrance space, improve thermal comfortableness, and achieve the goal of energy saving.

Abstract: For virtue of small volume and fast speed of construction, arch dam is the most suitable dam type in cold region, where construction period is relatively short each year. Low average value and large amplitude of atmospheric temperature make temperature stress distribution of arch affect directly by thickness of permanent insulation material as while as the time of thermal insulation. Extreme climate lead to stricter external insulation requirement for cold region arch than these in common district, however, thermal insulation will increase the burden of artificial cooling and extend the construction period. Therefore, it is complicated and critical for arch dam crack prevention to study on permanent thermal insulation. In view of this, finite element method was applied for simulation of construction processes of a practical project in cold region. Influence of permanent thermal insulation layer thickness and selection of insulation time is analyzed, in order to provide basis for permanent thermal insulation optimization.
