Abstract: The comber equipment is essential for high-count yarn textile of the enterprises spun. It is an effective means to enhance the quality of the yarn, to adjust the industrial structure, to increase the added value of yarn, and to enhance the competitiveness. Currently, there is a gap between the domestic combers with world leading level. The article describes the technical characteristics of the domestic high-speed Comber and technological innovation, and focuses its network promotion display and the application.

Abstract: That finding out the influence of nipper machine parameters on nipper holding process performances in comber has biggish direction means on most parameters choice of comber and new comber design and use. Using resolution way of machine moving analysis means, on the base of nipper machine structure analysis and moving modeling, by computer, nipper process performances in condition of different eccentric shaft parameters on new comber were calculated and analysed, the relations between eccentric shaft speed ratio, steeve length and nipper opening amount, opening-closing timing, nipper pressure were discussed. Conclusions indicate that: in certain range, the decrease of eccentric shaft speed ratio and steeve length can make nipper opening timing advance and nipper opening amount increase before detaching beginning, which is beneficial to cotton-cluster rising advanced combed by cylinder and comber detaching-overlapping work.

Abstract: With analysis of development tendency of domestic and abroad high-speed combers, in this paper we proposed a new drafting form to comber--three over three curvilinear draft under pressure bar combining with development and successful experience for high-speed drawing frame. Moreover, combing experiment in this new drafting form was performed on basis of theoretical analysis and calculation. The results showed that this new type of drafting form satisfied the users’ demand for high-speed as well as the comber’s qualification.

Abstract: In order to resolve the contradiction of cylinder, nipper and detaching roller in movement coordinate on high speed comber, use elliptic gear transmission make cylinder turn changeably. Use MATLAB software calculates and simulates the angular displacement, angle velocity and angle acceleration of cylinder speed change movement. Then technological parameters such as the timing of combing with cylinder speed change, and the timing of the last row of needle on cylinder through detaching roller are analyzed. The results show: cylinder transmission mechanism by the style of elliptic gear can achieve short time of cylinder combing, increase time of preparing of detaching and lapping and time of lap raise end. Meanwhile the last row of needle on cylinder passes detaching roller earlier, cylinder catches away reversed combed web from detaching roller is effectively avoided.

Abstract: For combed spun yarn of high quality, the feed amount per cycle and the bat weight have to be chosen correctly. When the feed amount per cycle and the bat weight are too low or too great, there is an effect on the combing efficiency, piecing quality, percentage of noil and quality of spun yarn. The influence of the feed amount per cycle and the bat weigh on combing efficiency, percentage of noil and piecing quality are analyzed theoretically. In order to investigate the effects of the feed amount per cycle and the bat weight on yarn quality (unevenness CV%, thin places, thick places and neps), The 14.6 tex yarn is spun on combing spinning system with E62 comber. The results of our investigations reveal that high combing efficiency and high quality yarn can be obtained with a lesser feed amount per cycle and a bigger bat weight on new type of cotton comber.
