Abstract: The problem of an assessment of the monitoring of lining condition in the Blast Furnace hearth during its campaign today has no unambiguous solution. Various techniques for the diagnostics have their own merits and demerits [1]. In this paper, characteristics of the diagnostic methods based on the measurements of temperatures in the lining, heat transfer of the cooling system and acoustic effects are considered. Various techniques can be combined and formulated into a uniform package of the strongest measures.

Abstract: It is shown that combination of strain effects leads to possessing the ultra-fine grain structure in carbon wire. The continuous method of wire deformation nanostructuring was developed on the basis of simultaneous applying of tension deformation by drawing, bending deformation when going through the system of rolls and torsional deformation on a continuously moving wire. One of the main advantages of the developed method is that various hardware devices and tools already applied for steel wire production can be used to implement this method thus simplifying its introduction to the current industrial equipment. The efficiency estimation of the developed continuous method of deformation nanostructuring was carried out using carbon wire with different carbon content. It is shown that the mechanical properties of the wire after combination of different kinds of strain can vary over a wide range. This method makes it possible to choose such modes of strain effect, which can provide the necessary combination of strength and ductile properties of carbon wire depending on its further processing modes and application.

Abstract: The hydrodynamic cavitation degradation of chitosan with NaNO2 enhancement was investigated. The effects of NaNO2 dosage, temperature, inlet pressure, PH value, the concentration of the chitosan were been discussed. It was found that the hydrodynamic cavitation degradation of the chitosan can be largely enhanced by adding NaNO2. It was also seen that the extent of degradation chitosan can be changed marginally with the temperature.

Abstract: As the estimating of natural gas consumption can provide a better guidance target to gas production and market development ,its accuracy is playing an extremely important role in both the reasonable programming of oil and gas field development management and the promotion of economic benefits. This article builds a mathematical model of combinatorial optimization based on the natural gas consumption data of China, and solves it then by means of MATLAB .Compared with the actual value, the deviation of the combinatorial optimization worked out less than that in the single calculating method. When applied to the real production, this model can provide theoretical evidence to the programming of oil and gas development management and the adjustment of development project as well.

Abstract: As different wind power forecasting methods provide different information and differ in forecast precision, the combined wind power forecasting model is employed to better forecast wind power. Wind power combination forecasting model based on drift and complementarity of different single wind power forecasting models is proposed in this paper. The combination forecasting model provides a new solution to wind power forecast. Finally a practical example is given to show that wind power combination forecasting model based on drift can improve forecasting precision and is effective in practice.

Abstract: Taking the power distribution network situation in China into consideration, this paper proposes a communication circuit applied in street lamp control system. It first summarizes the overall design scheme of the control system. And then it demonstrates the high reliability of outbound Two Way Automatic Communication System (TWACS) within one transformer area and the low-cost characteristics of corresponding circuit. Finally, it proposes the design scheme of the communication circuit which can process Power Line Carrier communication (PLC) signals and outbound TWACS signals simultaneously, and it is based on single MCU. This design scheme is conducive to improving the communication efficiency and success rate of the street lamp control system to a great extent.

Abstract: This paper describes the design, composition and application of Fischer creative model. Combined with production practice, the Fischertechnik model is used to establish the structure of the 3D manipulator system. The results of model meet design requirements. Practice shows that the application of Fischer creative combination model is quickly and easily to build medium-sized machinery and equipment. It significantly reduces the build cycle and system debug, which could help designers quickly implement a variety of design intent and improvements. Fischer creative mix model plays an important role in teaching experiment and engineering applications.

Abstract: A task of a refractory oxide copper ore in Yunnan has been studied, the grade of copper is 2.76% in crude ore. This ore has high oxidation and deep combination, the oxidation ratio is 42.32% and the combination ratio is 33.01%, so it is difficult oxide copper. Because the sulfide copper in crude ore containing 21.27%, so by experimental research, we decided to adopt the process of floating copper sulfides, and then sulfide oxide copper. In the flotation of oxidized copper minerals, we take the process of desliming, the copper minerals have recycled efficiently, while making a small precious metal--silver has been associated enrichment. Through closed-circuit test, we obtained the final concentrate, which the grade of copper is 20.38%, the recovery of copper is 65.44% and the grade of silver is 80.15g/t.
