Abstract: In order to promote improvement in the applicability, quality and economic rationality for ATSE with dual power supply, the design method based on the notion of inverse form is proposed in this paper. The component-based inverse form innovation design concept for ATSE with dual power supply is discussed by theoretical analysis and applicable study with two examples, after this paper expresses the importance of product innovation design, including innovation design of ATSE with dual power supply. Especially, ATSE innovation design process with component-based inverse form is researched in detail. Next, some useful and basic advices on how to optimize ATSE products by the notion of inverse form are stated. At the same time, this paper also points out that the structure of ATSE product becomes more reasonable by appropriate use of the innovation design method with inverse form.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the potential of the integration of solar water heater systems and high-rise residential buildings in a perspective of Ecological Civilization and raised issues specific to high-rise residential. Against the prospect the use of solar energy for high-rise residential buildings, the author points out the appropriate solution. The paper stresses that the process of the integration of high-rise residential and solar water heater systems, is a multi-phase technology system and building system integration process, is the inevitable trend to achieve ecological modern urban development.

Abstract: Virtual instrument (VI) technology motivates test instrument going to multi-channel, high speed, automatic, micromation and intelligent. Component technology is able to decrease the period of developing instrument and increase the using repeatability of system. A novel noise test system based on component and virtual instrument is proposed in this paper. This system realizes all noise test functions designed, which demonstrates the advantages and feasibility of applying component technology to VI developing.

Abstract: On the basis of the traditional assemble method of components modular fixture, the establishment of a component-based modular fixture design method was proposed in the paper. First of all, the concept of modular fixture components was put forward, and then the components according to different functions were classified, and the relationship table between the components and elements were established. At last of this paper, the application of this method was introduced through an instance. While designing fixture for part family, this method can utmost save design time and minimize the quantity of disassembling of combined fixture element, reduce the wear and tear of components, and shortening the time of manufacturing.

Abstract: Government price control departments must supervise charges of medical services (CMS) and judge whether hospital charges violate the rules. At present, it is still manual operation to supervise CMS. There are heterogeneous data formats and nonstandard name record if we supervise CMS by using the computer. And it is unable to satisfy the customers frequently changeable request and so on. In view of this, the article proposed a solution of hospital price checking system, which adopts component-based way during design process and combines the computer supervise with the artificial auxiliary determination to remedy the defect of machine determination inaccurate. Finally in the movement process the system can react rapidly. The match precision was high, and the processing speed is quick and so on.

Abstract: To enable rapid response to the needs of MES reconfiguration, we introduce a component -based MES reconfiguration approach based on PIM. In this approach we get feature values by extending PIM, and use them to query reusable components that are needed to perform MES reconfiguration. By this means we can ensure system flexibility, on the other hand ensure the quality of the reconstructed system from the abstraction level of models.
