Abstract: The paper aims to explain the technology of emergence of information. Our research proves that information as communicational product is the result of processing within some operations, actions, mechanisms and strategies of informational material meanings. Are determined eight computational-communicative operations of building information.Information occurs in two communication phases, syncretic and the segregation-synthetic. The syncretic phase consists of four operations: referral of significant field, primary delimitation of information, detection-looking information and an anticipative-draft constitution (feedforward). The segregation-synthetic phase also includes four operations: discrimination, identification, interpretation and confrontation (feedback). In the future we will investigate informational actions, mechanisms and strategies.

Abstract: This paper focuses on an iterative algorithm for setting and attaining particle packing densities by means of different concentrations of a matrix material. The mechanical properties of a product, such as fracture toughness, bending strength and thermal conductivity are directly dependent on the amount of matrix material present. A tape cast friction layer was developed, in order to investigate the dependence of the parameters of the RRSB distribution on concentration of matrix material. The results verify the calculation method of a solid mixture and show a linear dependence of the RRSB particle-parameter n on the concentration of matrix material (SiC-content).

Abstract: The stability of the concrete shear wall is composed of the overall stability and wall limb local stability, the overall stability and local stability calculation formula can be used the same form of expression. Based on the theory of stability calculation of elastic thin plate, the trilateral bearing and quadrilateral bearing wall limb length factor is derived. And then, it pointes out the disadvantages of the current code and design software, and gives the corresponding solution.

Abstract: Computation of a path independent contour integration but it yields directly the independent values of the opening mode and shear mode stress intensity factors. The calculations are not sensitive to the choice of contour. To the J-integral calculation, the present scheme calculates separately the factors KI and KII. A simple method to determine the SIFs for the three-dimensional crack is proposed based on the conservation integral.

Abstract: The virtual construction is achieved in the virtual environment, and the virtual reality technology is the core technology in the virtual construction system. The virtual reality technology is a high-tech information technology which integrates the artificial intelligence, the computer graphics, the man-machine interface technology, multi-media industrial architecture technology, the network technology, the electronics technology and the mechanical technology. The technology aims to utilize computer hardware, software and various sensors to create a virtual environment integrating vision, hearing, touch and smelling, which makes users immersive in the environment. The operators are immersive in the environment and interact with it, obtain sensory stimulation through various media, and gain clear and intuitional understanding of the problems to be solved.

Abstract: Through MATLAB programming, the parameters of valve cam profile will be selected and calculated. The general design principles and methods for higher-degree polynomial asymmetrical cam profile will be introduced, improved design and experimental verification have been conducted to the cam profile of 4C18 diesel engine, and significant result has been obtained. The result shows that the higher-degree polynomial asymmetrical cam profile can effectively improve the dynamic property of valve cam and the economy, emission and dynamic property of the high-speed working section of the engine.

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of high power diesel engines’ thermal balance analysis, a diesel engines’ thermal balance test and analysis system is developed through dealing a large number of test data. This system can real time monitor the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the components in cooling circuit, fuel circuit and gas circuit, can continuously record and store the state parameters, can realize theory computation, statistical analysis, query, and print data report. Also the system can realize remote operation. This system has already been operated in several enterprises. Results show that the system can estimate diesel engines’ thermal balance effectively. According to the analysis results, diesel engines’ designers can estimate the components that bearing excessively high thermal load and can solve the thermal balance problem of high power engines.

Abstract: At present, the research of isomorphism identification of planar kinematic chains has reached a great improvement, however, most of the methods are proved so complex, inefficient as well as unreliable that the research is hindered and restricted a lot. At the same time, especially with the appearance of the planar kinematic chains with multiple joints, there is less research about the methods. Hence, in the paper, based on the method of kinematic chains with characteristic arrays, one method of isomorphism identification of kinematic chains with single joint as well as multiple joints is proposed presently. What is more, a software based on this new method proposed is developed with Visual Basic. In the end of the paper, an example is analysed in detail with hand computation and this software, through which the method is proved simple, efficient as well as reliable.

Abstract: In order to solve the density based outlier detection problem with low accuracy and high computation, a variance of distance and density (VDD) measure is proposed in this paper. And the k-means clustering and score based VDD (KSVDD) approach proposed can efficiently detect outliers with high performance. For illustration, two real-world datasets are utilized to show the feasibility of the approach. Empirical results show that KSVDD has a good detection precision.
