Abstract: The simulation process of centrifugal casting using titanium aluminide intermetallic alloys has been described in the context of the low-pressure duct turbine blade designed for the gas-turbine engine. Initially, the preliminary theoretical calculations have been performed together with experimental casting when developing the casting production technologies. The obtained results allowed setting a range of the boundary conditions for computing simulation of pouring and solidification. ProCast the computing simulation system for the casting processes has been used. Various alternatives of the casting layout in the mold as well as the gating system configurations have been examined by means of this system. In the course of simulation process such faults have been detected as formation of shrinkages into the shroud platform and (or) blade footing; or significant decrease in technological yield when the risers’ dimensions expand or the casts’ number decreases in the mold. Considering the results of the performed computer experiments, the most efficient gating system has been ultimately defined to obtain the casts using titanium aluminide intermetallic alloys by centrifugal casting.

Abstract: The parameters of planting movement for the Dibble-type Transplanter was researched by this papper.Based on the trajectory of the Dibble-type Transplanter, the equation of planting movement was established.According to the classical theory “characteristic parameter λ>1 planting is necessary for the normal working conditions”,it confirmed technical requirements and stucture parameters for transplanter and founded the intrinsic link between them, then computing simulation was conducted to test and vertify the conclusion which would be used to provide theoretical basis for stucture designing of planting apparatus.

Abstract: As the interface problem of discontinuity boundary condition between the oil film and the pad in thrust bearing, a conjugated solution method by using the temperature continuity and the heat flux continue is proposed. The three-dimensional calculated model of thrust bearing is constructed and solved by using finite difference method. Comparing with 2D model, the characteristics of the lubrication performance of 3D model are more different. The results show that the three-dimensional calculated model not only revealed the relation of temperature variation between the oil film layer and the pad in axial direction, but also exactly reflected real temperature distribution in the pad surface. In the same oil feed temperature condition, the minimum film thickness is 63.8μm and the maximum temperature on the pad surface reached 55°C for 3D mode, 72.6μm and 60°C for 2D mode.

Abstract: Taking the mechanics characteristic of electromotor, the mass of slide and the sliding friction into account, the resolving calculating formulae for the kinematics and dynamic analysis of bull-nose plane six-rod mechanism is educed based on the dynamics principle. The disposing method of friction force operation direction is proposed. The computing simulation of this mechanism shows that the speed fluctuation would be aggrandized with the friction considered and the periodic change of friction force direction would be presented in the periodic change of acceleration. At last, the adding flexible component for the computing simulation near to actual movement is pointed out.
