Abstract: With China's steel structure housing industry vigorously develop, the steel structure housing has been widely used in our country. In this paper, the steel structure housing structure and design essentials are introduced. Among design essentials, steel, the choice of connecting materials and wall materials, node design, the waterproof design of toilet and kitchen, floor systems design, the corrosion of steel structure, steel welding design and so on are mainly introduced.

Abstract: In view of the easy collapse characteristic of loess highway tunnel, as well as the theory upon the reality of practical engineering. Northwestern Region Qingshui County domestic Li Jiaping loess highway tunnel construction is taken in this article. And the new questions of practical research is proposed. The technical questions during the construction of shallow loess highway tunnel, the construction plan, the distribution rule of contact stress between the support and soil, and the distortion reason of structures are all analyzed. The loess highway tunnel stability calculation and analysis is consummated. Thus the theory basis of the possible to supply the reference for this kind of project's practical application is provided.

Abstract: The crude magnesium is produced mainly by Pidgeon Process in China. Although Pidgeon Process has achieved certain technological advance in the past ten years, it is mainly by sacrificing energy, environment, and cheap labor. In the 21st century, human activities should be energy-saving and environment friendly. The equipment used in the Pidgeon process should be improved as early as possible by elevating its automatic level in order to save energy, protect the environment and realize scale economy of magnesium production. This will be the developmental trend of Pidgeon process in smelting magnesium.
