Abstract: The 21700 battery is a standard battery used by Tesla vehicles in the United States. It has the advantages of high energy density ratio, high output, low cost and high safety factor. The demand for 21700 battery is gradually increasing on the market. In order to meet the needs of new energy vehicles, the 21700 battery uses copper tab as the anode, which can minimize the internal resistance and improve the charge and discharge efficiency. However, the material of the battery case is steel, and the melting point of the steel is 452°C higher than that of copper. It is difficult to solder firmly using the traditional resistance welding process. In this paper, using TRIZ theory, through the causal analysis, technical conflict, material-field, physical conflicts and other tools, the 21700 battery anode resistance welding problem is analyzed in detail, and based on the analysis results to propose solutions: punching out the pitting on the tab forming a projection welding; inserting metal tungsten in the copper welding head; changing the welding pin head from the platform to the curved surface; introducing nitrogen gas. Under the premise of constant material and no increase in cost, the problem of poor welding of the anode and the battery case can be effectively solved.

Abstract: The majority of traffic safety evaluations in the world generally have been conducted by colecting historical accident data. The data will then being analyzed using risk prediction models or before-after study that required an exact and reliable data. Meanwhile, the availability of accident data is rare where the rest actually consist of near-crashes and abnormal behaviour, which is mostly underreporting and lack of detail concerning the behavioural and situational of the event. Therefore, traffic conflict technique, is needed to assess traffic safety as another approach rather than waiting for several years until a number of accidents happen in a certain area. Hence the aim of this study is to make a safety evaluation towards a specific intersection in Hasselt Belgium using traffic conflict technique. The observation of conflict (near crashes) was carried out in intersection of Manteliusstraat – Dorpsstraat – Thonissenlaan in the Hasselt, Belgium. In order to differentiate slight conflict and serious conflict, the TA-value (Time of accident) was defined based on the estimated speed of the road user and estimated distance from the road user when conflict occurred. From the observation, it was found that the conflicts between car and pedestrian were the most frequent conflict, with 50% of the total conflict, and that the conflict between car with car and the conflict between car with cyclist were high in terms of severity level based on the TA-value. By taking these into consideration, it can be concluded that unsafe crossing for pedestrian and cyclist, different speed, and peak hour traffic were the causes of conflict. Therefore, it was concluded that traffic conflict technique can be used to assess and measure traffic safety in a certain road segment. Furthermore, in term of safety, the Manteliusstraat – Dorpsstraat – Thonissenlaan intersection should be modified with some alternatives; signalized intersection with toucan crossing and traffic control devices improvement

Abstract: Firewall plays an important role in today's network security, and its rule configuration is reasonable or not directly related to the security of network environment. With the increasing size of the network, firewall configurations are becoming increasingly complex, and the firewall policy audit should be born in order to better play the protective properties of the firewall. Firstly, this paper studies the relationship between firewall rules in detail, analyzes some common types of rules abnormal of audit programs and reviews existing policies. Next, this paper proposes a improved audit program based on the tree structure, discusses and achieves the audit process of the program in detail. Finally, this paper shows a graphical reports and detailed audit findings of the prototype system, and does a comparison and verification between the results of the improved audit program and the traditional strategy tree.

Abstract: E - learning is an indispensable part of modern education in colleges and universities, with the continuous development of the Internet has brought new opportunities for education, E - learning can use a new way of learning to make people more convenient to master all kinds of cultural knowledge. But the author in the survey found that there has been a very strongly conflicts between E – learning, as a new concept of education, and the traditional concepts of education. Therefore, how to do E-learning this mode of education is also our concern.

Abstract: The Internet of things is currently an emerging hot technology at home and abroad, bringing profound changes for people's production and life style. At the moment of bringing many benefits, the Internet of things also brings about unprecedented challenges for software, even the whole field of information technology. Specific to the mass, heterogeneity, sensitivity of time and space and dynamic flow, this paper proposes the concurrency control mechanism of the global transaction based on the Internet of things cluster system, effectively improving the concurrence of the global transaction execution, increasing the transaction throughput rate, reducing transaction response time and improving the performance of the system.

Abstract: As a part of sustainable product design, design for disassembly is critical for maintaining competitiveness of manufacturers. The conflicts between disassembly capability and functionality and reliability need to be addressed innovatively and effectively. This article proposes a method to combine functional analysis and substance-field(S-F) analysis adapted from TRIZ to solve such complex conflicts. First, problems of current design that hinder the disassembly capability of products are identified. Second, functional and cause analysis are carried out for the technical system to transform conceptual description into practical description for components in the technical system. Last, a solution for improving the disassembly capability of products is proposed based on the structural model obtained from S-F analysis. This method is used to improve the disassembly capability of couplings in automotive transmissions, and proven to be effective and feasible in discovering an innovative solution.

Abstract: This paper aims the ontology consistency to detect and identify potential conflicts and contradictions in the BIM design process, to improve the efficiency of the coordination and communication between engineers in departments. The information of building design such as concepts, nature, requirements, restrictions, etc., can be standardized by the ontology using a computer language, basing on which, consistency is detected. This paper describes the process that conflicts or contradictions are identified in the BIM design and modified to restore the process.

Abstract: RFID multi-tag identification process of the conflict on the basis of summing up the ALOHA class algorithm put forward an improved dynamic framed slotted ALOHA algorithm. Firstly, this paper uses the improved tag estimation algorithm to estimate the number of tags. Secondly, tag number is determined according to the length of the frame. Finally, tags are divided into several groups when the number of tags greater than the maximum frame length. The simulation results show that the efficiency of the algorithm has been improved obviously.

Abstract: Product innovation is the key for the manufacturing to win in the market competition, and the logo of product innovation is to resolve design conflicts. The conflict in the reality is vastly different. If it has not been summarized, we can do not find out the exact way to resolve it. The conflict matrix is provided by TRIZ can help designers to resolve conflicts, but due to these principles of the invention given are more abstract, and each of the specific implementation ways of the principles of the invention are variety, so a reasonable application of principles of the invention is not easy, which a wealth of experience and theoretical knowledge has been needed by designers. The solution of the conflict problem based on the physical behavior analysis of invention principles was given in this paper. A functional modeling was referred to identify the specific cause of conflict arises, through the analysis of the physical behavior of the inventive principles, new conflicts optimization program was drawn.
