Abstract: A brief review of experimental data on the effect exerted by both constant and pulse magnetic field upon the heterodiffusion in powders, polycrystalline and monocrystalline ferromagnetic metals and alloys is presented in the paper in order to analyze regularities and mechanisms of the initiation of numerous phenomena covered by the single term “magneto-diffusion effect”. The most probable mechanisms of the magnetic field influence on the diffusion processes are analyzed.

Abstract: The paper presents a brief review of experimental results obtained in the study on the effect exerted by Ni-additives (0.4 and 1.0 wt. %) on the kinetic processes occurring during the artificial aging of copper-beryllium alloys under a constant magnetic field. Probable atomic mechanisms of the effects observed are also discussed.

Abstract: To investigate the effect of constant magnetic fields on bone deformation, 16 rabbits were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Biological materials with effect of constant magnetic field were attached to the hind legs of rabbits in the experimental group for a period of 4 months. Rabbit bones were periodically measured and compared. Results showed that compared with the control group, rabbits in the experimental group exhibited significant bone growth, indicating that constant magnetic field may significantly activate bone growth in rabbits.

Abstract: In this research, the process of artificial aging of beryllium bronze as diffusioncontrollable process was studied at the temperatures of 250–500 0C, at aging time intervals of 0.17 till 2 hours, in the constant magnetic field and without it by microhardness and residual magnetization methods.
