Abstract: There were many factors which caused cracks in the concrete beam, but some factors were often not be attention enough. In this paper, Combined with three kinds of crack occurrence in construction of concrete plate, the reasons leading to crack by construction technology were analyzed in detail, which including the construction process, curing conditions and controls of cover thickness, and the solution were given also. The result of analysis had guiding roles of crack controlling in concrete structure construction.

Abstract: Construction process design for high-rise building has been brought up by many researchers. In traditional design method, loads are applied to the structure once. Obviously, this is not the real loading condition. For concrete structure, shrinkage and creep during construction also effects on the structural deformation. An emulation analysis was done in this paper in an attempt to clarify the effect of construction process in structural analysis.

Abstract: Cable is widely used in the actual project of prestressed steel structure for its mechanical properties can be fully used. Saddle-shaped cable net is a new type of large-span prestressed structure, but there is little study on the impact of different cable types on the mechanical properties of saddle-shaped cable net during the construction. In order to meet the thought of integration of design and construction, a finite element model of saddle-shaped cable net has been established. The four types of cables such as semi-parallel steel tendon cable, steel wire rope cable, steel strand cable and full-locked coil rope are chosen. The impact on mechanical properties of the structure was analyzed by different cable types.

Abstract: A new type of steel / reinforced concrete composite open-web floor / roof structure is proposed. Its formation is a two-way intersectant open-web beam plate. The lower layer is a rib lattice that is composed of U-style steel slabs infilled with RC, the upper layer is assembled with pre-cast RC slabs and post-cast RC ribs, the connections of upper layer and lower layer are RC shear-bearing blocks. The plate has the specialties of lightweight, simple inside sight sense, high stiffness-weight ratio, and less seismic inertial force. Its formation, construction process, design method and main mechanical specialties are discussed.

Abstract: Based on a practical engineering, considering the characteristics such as shallow,weaking surrounding rock, large span, double-arch of the tunnel, the stress and strain of surrounding rocks, support structure and mid-wall were analyzed by FEM for different excavating procedure. The simulation results were compared with in-situ monitoring results. The crown settlement and convergence displacement are divided two obvious increasing stages. Surrounding rock upper and under the mid-wall generate bigger plastic strain and should be strengthened. Temporary support of the pilot bears bigger load and should be reinforced. Bearing bigger horizontal direction tensile stress and uneven load, the bottom of mid-wall must have enough reinforcing steel bar or employ augment foundation. The analysis results provide a scientific basis and technical guidance for the construction optimization of the tunnel constructed by three-pilot excavation method.

Abstract: The bench method dynamic construction process of Xin Baotashan tunnel which located in the grade IV surrounding rock is simulated by using the finite element method. The variation of displacement and stress field of the surrounding rocks and the internal force of the lining structures during every excavation step is calculated. The state of the surrounding rocks can be predicted by the numerical simulation results, and the construction plan and construction sequences can be guided by the analysis results. At the same time the reasonability and feasibility of the design parameters can be judged by analyzing the internal forces of the lining structures. Analysis and experimental results showed that the stability of the surrounding rocks is good by using the bench method construction to the IV grade surrounding rocks and the design parameters of the lining structures are feasible.
