Abstract: The adjustment test of steering column is an important parameter for automobiles safety, but the unified standard and test method are not yet formed. Build parameterized model of steering column internal and external spline shafts, and analysis the contact stress changes in the movement process using Abaqus/standard. The movement speed of 5 mm/s in the x, y direction as example, and stress distribution of regulating movement are obtained. Experimental result shows that the maximum overall stress grows with the adjusting movement speed growth, and its in conformity with actual parts failure.

Abstract: The lifting platform connecting hinge shaft finite element analysis by ANSYS software, and the fork arm is connected to the hinge bearing contact surface using spring element, the spring element contact stress situation to determine the hinge bearing and internal and external fork arm, solves the contact with the fork arm of the hinge shaft stress relationship problems, finite element analysis. The model is more accurate. The analysis of ideas can be widely applied to the similar finite element contact analysis.

Abstract: Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS, the 3D contact finite element model of carbide anvil, steel ring and cushion block were built to make heat transfer analysis, and the temperature field distribution was obtained. The indirect coupling thermal analysis of carbide anvil, steel ring and cushion block were made regarding as a whole, the Von Mises stress nephogram of them and the shear stress nephogram of carbide anvil were displayed. The stress nephogram revealed that it was liable to fracture on the edge of top surface under high pressure status, and it was also proven that the main reason of fracture was the yield of internal material defects under the action of shear stress.

Abstract: In this paper, the neutral surface model of the laminated plate vibration isolation device is constructed based on the APDL parametric design language. While the contact analysis is done, the loading and solution studies are complete. Then the stress and strain graphs which change with different loads such as stress, tension, and turning force are obtained. The result shows that the stress of rubber is close to the steel plate under the turning force, but the former deformation is clear than the latter one.

Abstract: A vertical isolation device was designed and based on test requirements in this paper, which adopt disk spring with external guide sleeve. Through reasonable designing, this device can meet the requirements of stiffness and bearing capacity, etc. Single disk spring and properties of vertical isolation device were analyzed by finite element software ANSYS. The numerical simulation and the theoretical solution of single disk spring are basically coincident when small deformation. Even the deformation is large and there only are minor differences. The contact problems between disk springs, disk group and external sleeve, should be taken into consideration. The comparisons for hysteretic curve between numerical simulation and experiment result of vertical isolation device shows that their stiffness and energy dissipation capacity are very close, and the precision of the model can satisfy the requirement of numerical analysis and engineering application.

Abstract: Nowadays the workover rig is more often used in outdoor work, and the field environment is complicated and changeable.Therefore, it becomes extremely important to conduct a detailed analysis of stress of the workover rig derrick translational system.This paper takes Liaohe Oilfield new vehicular pressure balance workover rig derrick translation system as an example, a finite element analysis model is established to analyze the stress conditions of the derrick truck system.The result completely conforms to the actual requirements, thus verifying the rationality of the design and providing the basis for the optimization design of the translation system.

Abstract: Finite element analysis has been done to analyze pump bearing assembly in interference assembly condition by ANSYS software. The press-in assembly environment has been simulated, and the maximum stress and maximum deformation of inner race have been analyzed. Studies show that with the increase of bearing size, the change law of maximum stress and maximum deformation does not single unidirectionally increase or decrease simply. At the same time, the interference value also influences the change law. So, in the bearing assembly tolerance selection the influence of the interference must be considered fully. The finite element analysis can guide the selection of fit tolerance.

Abstract: The paper deals with computational analysis of contact stress distribution of rolling elements of roller bearing with regards to the effect of slewing bearing ring at intervals from 0 to 8 and load rate variety at intervals from 25% to 100% of its basic static radial load capacity. The main goal is to present changes in contact ellipse and changes in contact stress for the logarithmic profile of rolling element. Analyzed effect is expressed by functional dependence which can be used in technical application.

Abstract: Through studying on the application principle of existing metal lenticular gasket, the structure design was finished, and design methods and calculating models of lenticular gasket larger than 6inch diameter were attained. Seal mechanism of the lenticular gasket and contact mechanics of the flange joint was analyzed by using finite element method. Stress state, contact width and contact deformation parameters of the lenticular gasket on working was obtained. Based on the analyzing results, leakage forecast model of metal lenticular gasket was presented. In the influencing factors of actual working state, such as inner pressure, outer pressure, medium viscosity, and surface roughness and so on, surface roughness is important, so surface machining precision of an in-use large-diameter lenticular gasket should be improved as far as possible. The conclusions will lay foundation for the future engineering application of large-diameter lenticular gasket.

Abstract: Considering the fact that the oil well conditions of LIAOHE oil field, the existing structure of the forced lifting and pushing system of work over rig is improved. Main drive gear pair of the forced lifting and pushing system improved is established to study the intensity of contact and modal in the operating process and the dynamic loads based on finite element method. Main failure forms in the condition of low speed and heavy duty is deduced from the distribution of the stress. Also, the maximum allowable stress and natural frequency is obtained. According to the simulation making use of ANSYS, a 3D contact stress analysis of several teeth and modal analysis in dynamic pre-stress of full teeth is illustrated with the rationality of the design.
