Abstract: This research has recognized the problems of temperature rise in most solar cell (PV: photovoltaic) modules currently utilized. First, if the temperature rises to 70~80°C, it damages the white-pipe tempered glasses used on the module surface and reduces the module lifespan to a significant extent. Also, if the temperature is risen by 1°C, the modules excluding a thin film module would show efficiency degradation by approx. 0.45~0.55%. To address such problems, if a cooling system is used to lower the average temperature of the PV module, its lifespan and power generation amount increase. In order to maximize the power generation efficiency and cooling device usage by establishing a control system, this research seeks to explore the following goals.

Abstract: A procedure for deriving a dynamic model of an air condition system was described in this paper. The system consisted of a zone, cooling coils and fan. Room thermal balance model and dynamic model of AC control system components including sensor, cooling coils and ducts, were established. This model accurately predicts the effect of inlet air temperature during closed loop control of output air temperature using chilled water flow rate as a control input. Fuzzy adaptive control (FAC) combined with proportional integral derivative (PID) control algorithms (FAC-PID) were used to control the chilled water flow rate. Computational simulations were carried out in toolbox Simulink of Matlab. The fuzzy parameters were carefully tuned to produce less oscillatory responses. The results show that the system based on FAC-PID control is capable of controlling the disturbance efficiently with less time lag and small error than PID control.

Abstract:
Studies and research in the field of cylindrical gear transmission capacity have identified gears with asymmetric teeth as a suitable solution. In addition to sizing problems of the gears with asymmetric teeth, there is a strong need of their manufacturing solutions, which requires adaptation of the existing gear manufacturing and control technologies. Following the application of the test procedure for the first batch of teeth set in advance, an 11-27% increased load capacity of the gear tooth resulted, which led to a similar increase of the maximum torque transmitted by the gearing. By studying and trying the manufacturing technologies of the gears, we made gears with asymmetric teeth with finished flanks by grinding in accuracy class 5-6. And we use these gears to make a one-stage gearbox, for further research.

Abstract: Achieving quality depends on how the company works, planning and control processes are essential for satisfying customers and other stakeholders. In this respect, more companies are turning to systems of excellence that allow the organization to identify problems and help them implementing improvement measures needed for development. The analysis developed in this paper aims is to examine the main processes carried out at a sugar factory by the way they are planned, managed and controlled, through the criterion – Processes- of the EFQM excellence model. The study is focused on an economic analysis of the main financial indicators of the company, in order to highlight its current situation. Applying the criteria -Processes - of the EFQM model the company can analyze its processes and it can establish improvement measures that may be applied.

Abstract: During conventional finishing textile processes it is necessary a big consumption both of water and energy. This aspectsare is imposed by the development process of thermo and mass transfer of finishing agents into the textile structure materials applied in dentistry (fibers, yarns, fabric, nonwovens). The intensification of transfer processes into the textile materials is realized in conventional finishing textile industry (washing, cleaning, and coloring) by using high work temperature. The negative result of this intervention and the presence of chemical substances without degradation mean the environment pollution by the pour out residual water with a great quantity of toxic substances. The recently laboratory scientific research showed that the use of ultrasonic systems in finishing textile materials contributes both to the acceleration of thermo and mass transfer and to the decreasing of active chemical substances. In this way the paper presents a finishing system based on ultrasonic processes which is composed by modules and specific hardware components.

Abstract: This article focuses on the design of parts processing and control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC. The purpose of this study is to learn and become familiar with the Siemens S7-200PLC hardware parameters and the use of programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9, and design a rational and effective parts processing and control system. This paper firstly describes the development history and development status of the PLC, so that readers can understand the PLC briefly. Secondly, the article shows some important technical parameters such as Siemens S7-200PLC CPU model, hardware configuration and so on. It is to clarify the basic component of parts processing and control system and its working principle, and the role of Siemens PLC in the system. Finally, according to specific design requirements, programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9 is used to program for the system so that the system can operate effectively and reasonably. The study successfully achieved the desired goals, through reasonable programming made PLC take the full control of parts processing in this system..
