Abstract: This paper investigates the problems of stability analysis and stabilization for a class of switched fuzzy discrete-time systems. Based on a common Lyapunov functional, a switching control method has been developed for the stability analysis of switched discrete-time fuzzy systems. A new stabilization approach based on a switching parallel distributed compensation scheme is given for the closed-loop switched fuzzy systems. Finally, the illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the techniques proposed in this paper.

Abstract: The study determines the most suitable pattern of alignment and fixing of low-rigidity shafts; it also presents factors that determine such choice. The part is fixed both by force closing and kinematic closing. A new method for machining low rigidity shafts is developed to control the elastic-deformable state of these shafts in a technological system and to produce parts with the required accuracy during turning. To implement this new developed method for low rigidity shafts, an apparatus is designed. The apparatus allows to increase the rigidity of shafts during machining by the application of axial tensile force to the workpiece. Rational prime costs of preparing technological alignment centers at the stage of production preparation are determined; knowing these costs, it is possible to select a suitable machining technology for low rigidity shafts, to produce a technology-oriented design, and to reduce the costs of machining these shafts.

Abstract: At present, the switch with manual control is generally used in the brake cooling spray system of heavy truck, but the switching time is difficult to be determined by drivers. PLC is suitable to be the controller for the braking spray system of heavy truck, because of its advantages such as high stability, strong anti-interference ability and easy maintenance etc.. In this paper, it’s introduced that the composition, the working principle and function of the braking spray system based on PLC.

Abstract: Nowadays, the level of mechanization is gradually increasing. In order to promote the rapid development of the mechanized production in China, the automatic control of large-scale machinery is required. Therefore, this paper puts forward a control model for the large-scale mechanical arm angle. During the control, the angle of the large-scale mechanical arm was calculated based on the actual production so as to achieve the automatic control of the angle. The experimental results indicated that carrying out automatic control of the large-scale mechanical arm according to algorithm proposed in this paper could improve the accuracy of the automatic control.

Abstract: To improve the vehicle comfort, Magnetorheological damper is installed on the vehicle suspension system. So the system with hysteretic nonlinearity is a typical nonlinear system. First, the behavior of system under the periodic excitation force is analyzed, and the possibility of chaos is proved in the paper. Then, with piecewise-quadric function employed, the nonlinear feedback controller can be used to control the chaos. At the same time, Melnikov’s method is used to gain coefficient of controller. Numerical simulation shows that this method can the effectively guide chaotic motions toward regular motions. This control method is quite simple and effective without affecting the system properties. The results may supply theoretical bases for analysis and optimal design of vehicle suspension systems.
