In the design, calculated and used of belt conveyor must be considered the high speed, large capacity, dynamic load. This paper starts from the analysis of conveyor belt transverse vibration. Through calculate transverse vibration natural frequency of conveyor belt, and analyze the lateral stability of belt conveyor.

Abstract: This paper is devoted to vehicle movement control method based on the natural energy recovery [1] and position-path control approach [2,3,4]. This method ensures the fullest use of kinematic energy of the controlled vehicle. Method is applied for path profile with variable height. Vehicle velocity is changed to minimize kinematic energy losses. The time of the path passage is accounted in the designed method. In this report typical profiles of the controlled vehicle are considered. In general case the vehicle velocity program is developed on base of solutions for typical profiles. The vehicle velocity program is changing while vehicle is moving. The developed method is applied for control of trains implemented with electrical power drives. On base of train model studying it is proved that optimal mode of trains acceleration is maximal traction. The maximal traction ensures minimum energy consumption of train drives. But the traction of trains is extreme function of the speed wheel slip [5, 6]. Therefore the new extreme control for the train drives is developed. This method supports trains traction in extreme value. The developed method is implemented in simulator based on Matlab and Universal Mechanism. Movement of a freight train on a real track section is simulated.

Abstract: Hydraulic descaling system is the key device to ensure the surface quality of billet. However, traditional control methods lead to the stability problem in hydraulic descaling system. To solve the problem, the construction of the hydraulic descaling computer control system is studied, the working principle of the system is analyzed, and the high pressure water bench of hydraulic descaling is designed. Based on it, the corresponding computer control software is developed. The application shows that the designed system is stable in practice, which is helpful for enterprise production.

With the rapid development of CNC technology, digital technology is moving towards high-precision, high-speed, high flexibility, high reliability and composite direction of development, there are many new knowledge, new technologies, new processes and new methods. Meanwhile CNC system is the CNC technology foundation and core. Through CNC system for the robot's control to the assembly point in real time capture technology to reduce labor intensity, improve labor productivity.

Abstract: In the course of road maintenance, importance has been gradually attached by administrative authorities to precast pavement for its advantages like quickness, endurance and eco-friendliness. To ensure the smoothness of precast pavement, analyses and researches were done in terms of, say, precast pavement slab precision control, base course treatment, fabricated pavement slab leveling and treatment of joint faulting, and a control measure to ensure and improve the smoothness of precast pavement is suggested with consideration given to its service effectiveness in actual projects.

Abstract: Multi-car elevator system is a new technique which can reduce the occupied area and improve the transport efficiency in the high-rise and super high-rise buildings. It is remain to be studied in both the control strategy and scheduling method compared with the traditional single elevator group control system, In order to improve the utilization rate and shorten the waiting time, the particle swarm algorithm PSO and GA genetic algorithm optimization control method are studied aiming at the rationality of scheduling strategy of the rationality of elevator. Combining the advantages of two algorithms proposed a novel optimal scheduling algorithm for PSO-GA and carried on simulation analysis, the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the new method of improved PSO-GA.

Abstract: In the vigorously develop vocational education, institutions are established under the national government financial support facilities of the training base. These training bases are used for vocational schools to train the conveyor skilled personnel to provide a good platform, but in the construction of large-scale training base, in order to achieve comprehensive, effectiveness, long-term operation, we must have effective management mode. Can they really play a strong function of the training base, and continue providing companies with high overall quality of talent training base management worthy of study and discussion. Apparel training base, for example, through the use of SWTO analysis techniques, play an important role of apparel training base in the conventional teaching, and plays an important role in practice of apparel training base management problems in a reasonable innovative approach to a theoretical basis for the better development of the apparel training base.

Abstract: This paper is based on the development process of charge-discharge experiment platform of electric cars under multi-working condition and more modules, it can carry out much charge-discharge experiment under several of control modes and parameters, and it contains lots of functions, like modular control, data collection, on-off control, human-computer interaction and environmental monitoring. There are 6 DC/DC modules in this platform, to realize these modules run independently under one backstage control system, meanwhile one module can change working condition ongoing, status inquiry and in-out operation automatic, this article proposes a new control method. It comes true by identifying critical parameters and taking into account many situations, finally we give the flow process of the method. The conclusion claim that this method could meet the request of the platform, and it has certain of reference price to such platform.

Abstract: The transfer robot using for small flat panel display manufacturing process is developed. Requirement for transfer robot such as minimization of deflection and lateral vibration is achieved by enhancement of stiffness of arm and hand by finite element analysis. Arrangement of reduction gear is designed to increase stiffness and decrease position error at the end point of arm. The repeatability of arm is improved by applying the precision control method. Experiment is conducted to verify the performance of developed transfer robot. From the performance test, developed transfer robot has repeatability of under ±0.1mm, deflection of 2mm, straightness of under ±1.5mm, and velocity of 1500mm/sec.

Abstract: Because its pilot stage is a two-position tree-way valve, the previously research piezoelectric type pneumatic digital valve also constantly works in on or off state even in the case of output stable pressure, which makes the valve with pressure fluctuation, waste gas and other shortcomings. In order to overcome the above problem, a novel pneumatic digital valve driven by dual piezoelectric is presented in this thesis. And its simulation model is built based on the AMESim and Matlab/simulink joint simulation platform. On this basis, its control method is researched by the simulation. The simulation shows that the Bang-Bang and the PWM control algorithm can basically achieve the digital proportional control of the valve, but the valve has overshoot. For this, the compound control algorithm with PID plus PWM is proposed to control the valve. The simulation results show that this algorithm is effective which can reduce the pressure overshoot.
