Abstract: In paper considers the principle of the control system power grid in the form of multilevel system consisting of a system of planning and allocation of management tasks, control system of the segments the grid, the local management system of elements of the grid. The paper shows the principle of operation of the upper and lower levels of the system, an example of a calculation for a segment of the grid, for which the system provides a balance of power capacities.

Abstract: This paper provides an intelligent control system of water washing robot for Substations, which is based on the Internet of Things Technology and uses WIFI network as the link, effectively solves the problem that building control system of hydraulic manipulator under the environment of high voltage and strong magnetic in substation. This system uses Multi-Sensor Fusion Technology to construct a insulation protection control system of water washing robot, it can ensures the safe operation of the robot and the substation equipments. By utilizing this system to replace the operators, it can wash the equipments in substation for live working so that it can effectively reduce the heavy labor by manual and ensure safety of operators. And also, it can prevent equipments from pollution flash-over accidents happening and guarantee the power grid safe operation.

Abstract: The paper research a health examination robot, which set height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, blood oxygen, electrocardiogram (ECG), energy check in one certain. In the design, adopt 32 bit embedded ARM micro controller NuMicro NUC140, RFID card reader, oxygen check control module and ECG check control module, taking into account the system connection and RFID identification, parameters of historical data query and ECG check process. Experimental data show that system functions are realized and to promote low-cost medical treatment.

Abstract: The rope haulage monorail transport system is an important kind of subsidiary transport system in the underground mine. We propose a control system using frequency conversion on rope haulage monorail transport system in this paper, which consists of PLC control console, AC inverter, speed sensor, over-wind protection switch, sound-light alarm, leakage monitoring device, etc. Our control system can realize the start-stop control, the forward and backward control, the frequency conversion control, the over-wind protection, and so on. This control system can also real-timely detect and display the status information of transport system. The field experiments have showed that our control system using frequency conversion can well satisfy the needs of automatic operation of rope haulage monorail transport system.

Abstract: This paper involved designing and implementing a control system of lower limb exoskeleton. In order to combine the unity of the hardware with the flexibility of the software, a full digital control scheme integrated based on DSP processor was presented. By embedding advanced control strategies, the system can effectively control the exoskeleton joint motor. The proposed system can achieve accurate active or passive gait rehabilitation training along the trajectory planed and retrain their muscles and feeling of walking in their legs for paralysis patients at a lower cost.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel design of multi dof and multifunctional manipulator arm control system. It uses 32 bit microcontroller STM32 as the core control unit, by controlling the pulse width modulation to control the manipulator arm of the steering gear. It consists of a mechanical model, the control core module, operation module, power supply module. The manipulator arm can greatly improve labor productivity, accelerate the realization of industrial production mechanization and automation, it can replace human labor in order to realize the mechanization and automation of production, and protect the personal safety in harmful environment. It has the advantages of light weight, simple operation, and low production cost etc.

Abstract: The article expounds the square steel tube straightening machine which is given priority to with PLC (Siemens S7-200) of the control system use testing car`s sensor to test square steel tube`s bending. Then, according to the curve`s size and location of the peaks and troughs of the curvature degree of square steel tube straightening machine control correct device again find square steel tube`s position of the peaks and troughs, and the peaks and troughs in the use of hydraulic cylinder for the opposite direction of compression. The hydraulic cylinder travel sizes are set to peak and trough values and tests again, until they meet the requirements. This control system can meet the control demands of square steel tube straightening machine, reflected the applicability, convenience, safety and reliability.

Abstract: The monitoring system of the firebrick lining state of the blast furnace devil is offered. The mathematical description, algorithm and program of calculation the temperature fields in any vertical and horizontal cross-section of the devil lining are developed with use of the indications of the temperature sensing transducer (to 1000) in the oven lining. The systems of gathering, processing and information transfer from the temperature transmitters to a program database are used. This monitoring system is established on five blast furnaces of metallurgical plants of China.

Abstract: This paper designed the wind-solar hybrid electricity generation system, it might offer users reliable power supply when the climate and other factors change. The system has a variety of operation modes, can be either manually or automatically transforms. Each mode can be selected manually switching storage batteries to achieve the reliable power supply and prolong the battery service life. Through Matlab simulation analysis, the feasibility of the control system has been verified. Simulation results show that the system output stability, it can satisfy user demand.
