Abstract: A high-performance quartz sand insulation brick was prepared by using low grade quartz sand under different sintering process conditions. The optimum sintering process conditions were obtained by analyzing the relationship between microstructure and sintering process. Through the compounding, pulping, forming, drying and sintering processes, and the performance test of the porous brick, the following conclusions can be drawn, the comprehensive performance in all aspects, the porosity is similar, the preferred high compressive strength conditions, in order to get a best The bonding point, brick body sintering temperature of 1150 °C, porosity of 74.56%, compressive strength of 2.1 MPa of porous brick, and the pores are smooth, more uniform distribution. With the prolonging of the holding time, the porosity of the porous brick is reduced, and the performance is 1h, the porosity is 77.22% and the compressive strength is 2.05 MPa. When the raw material ratio is 60% quartz sand, 30wt% kaolin, calcium carbonate 9.6wt%, foaming agent 0.4wt%, water ratio 0.9 holding time at 1h sintering at 1150°C can get better porosity and compressive strength of the insulation brick. The porous material was sintered at 1150 °C, the content of foaming agent was 0.2wt%, the ratio of water to material was 0.9, and the compressive pressure and porosity were the better.

Abstract: This paper develops a digital measurement and control technology of grey predictor-based inverse hyperbolic sliding function for solar PV inverters. The advantage of inverse hyperbolic sliding function (IHSF) is very low sensitivity to system uncertainties. However, when a large parameter variation or a sudden external load interference is applied, the steady-state errors still occur in the IHSF controlled solar PV inverter and incur high total harmonic distortion (THD), even deteriorate control accuracy. To eliminate steady-state errors, a grey predictor is used for the prediction of voltage THD. Once a high voltage THD of the solar PV inverter output is detected and then measured by grey predictor, the tracking error of the IHSF controlled system will gradually decrease to zero, thus achieving zero steady-state errors. With the proposed measurement and control technology, a digital closed-loop solar PV inverter system will yield high-quality AC output voltage with low THD and fast dynamic response even under highly nonlinear loading. Experimental results for the solar PV inverter are performed in support of the proposed technology.

Abstract: Industrial boilers are important thermal power equipments. Soot, SOx and NOx, etc. generated from Industrial boilers are main sources of PM2.5. Based on the analysis of sources of PM2.5 emissions from industrial boilers, PM2.5 control technologies for industrial boilers such as dedusting technology, desulfurization technology and denitration technology are introduced and analyzed. According to the characteristics of current PM2.5 control technology and industrial boilers, technical route of PM2.5 emissions control for industrial boilers is recommended.

Abstract: In this paper, the application status of diesel generator set and the purpose and advantages and disadvantages of its parallel operation are summarized in brief. Grid connected operation of multi diesel generator are analyzed mainly. The necessary conditions of grid connected operation, the safety and special protect environment of grid operation, as well as the foreign and domestic development status of grid connected control technology are presented. Finally the development direction of grid diesel generator is pointed out, and the concept of smart grid is proposed.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to introduce a kind of control theory and technology of roadway floor heave and the surrounding rock of the upper part deformation in a high stress field. On the basis of the stress state theory in the modern mechanics, this paper which uses Yang Zhuang III1 mining area coal mine hoist room as the research and experimental object proposes a backplane anchor control principle and technology of the overall stability surrounding rock from the perspective of improving the stress state of surrounding rock particles. After the site industrial test,the technology has a very significant effect on the control of global stability of the surrounding rocks, large section, soft rock roadways and chambers.

Abstract: With the promotion of energy-saving and exhaust reduction policy, the application of diesel engine has been further extended. The formation and harm of nitrogen oxides (NOX) and particulate matter (PM) were mentioned in detail, which are major pollutants in diesel exhaust.
