Abstract: A simultaneous process of bending and correction of V-shape workpiece to get 90 ̊ with usage of elastic element in combined tool is represented. During banding a plastic deformation process accompanied with elastic deformation inside workpiece takes place that turn to reflexing after stress load is finished (reflexing - changing of received geometric parameters of workpiece). That influence on radius and banding angle accuracy of a workpiece. Elastic elements, produced from spring steel and placed on die and piston are used to correct geometry during final stage of bending due to happened inside them elastic stresses. A banding-correcting of 90 ̊ V-shape workpiece with usage of elastic elements model technique was implemented. Model technique discover positive influence of elastic elements: reflex angle value decreases 5-8 times, workpiece has correct strain-stress condition, correct geometry and minimum dimension deviation.

Abstract: In the present investigation, the innovated drawing method combined with calibration process by elastic steel element of hemispheric surface part is studded. During drawing process strong meridional lengthen strength appears. That influence on necking and differential deformation distribution. In its tern, that influence on sizes and surface accuracy. Elastic element, produced of spring steel and placed along with solid punch designed to calibrate part in final drawing stage due to elastic strength happened in it. A simulation of hemispheric surface part drawing with elastic element was held. Experiment demonstrates positive influence of elastic element to decrease necking till 15-18% from started thickness. The produced part has correct strain-stress state, exact surface and minimum dispersion of dimensions.

Abstract: Since the beginning of industrial era it was clear that the goal of perfect machine is far away. Things become more complicated as the tool machinery branch developed in quite a fast way so things as using full production capacity of a machine or working with adaptive control become normal and frequent. Reaching a good precision in manufacturing was realized by strengthening the structure , with related weight growth and use of more material both generating supplementary costs. Probably the best idea was to create a structure not so rigid , that means lighter ,a structure predictable in the way it works that means predictable deformation and their direction. The big advantage of the idea is that knowing the deformation we can take corrective actions so that the final precision at the edge of the cutting tool becomes very high. The corrective action consists in a very fine and very fast movement that composed with the structure deformations makes a great precision. The solution it self-generated a new challenge consisting in the need for almost instant movement , the source of which was not conventional. The authors are proposing a “magnetostrictive” engine as a new way of generating precise correction movements.

Abstract: At present, we usually obtain the prediction models of hydraulic structure concrete strength through lots of tests or engineering experience. But when we use the models to predict the concrete strength at a certain time , there may be some discrepancies with the actual value, even some unreasonable situations. During the service period of hydraulic structure, we can get some new information about the concrete strength by the means of safety testing, monitoring or experimenting. With reference to these new information, the Bayes dynamic prediction method can update the time-varying model of concrete strength mentioned above. This method can more accurately predict the concrete strength value of the next moment.

Abstract: The article deals with the correction of the programmed path lathe tool with a tip radius size. This correction is required to use in turning shaped surfaces. The programmed tool path can be corrected in various ways. In the first case, the calculation of the correction applied through mathematical relationships. The latter was used for automatic correction by the preparatory functions. Subsequently, the manufactured parts are measured, compared and evaluated characteristics shaped surfaces. Based on the evaluation method was recommended correction tool tip for the production of shaped surfaces.

Abstract: In the railway operation, it's significant to obtain the distances between trains. A method based on RSSI for ranging and correction is proposed in this paper. The devices include a number of base stations installed along railways. The front train would send an active signal to the nearby base station N, when it transmits power signal to the following one. The following train also gives an active signal to its nearest base station 1 which would be enabled to gain signal from station N. The error of per meter of every section would be calculated by the known distance between base stations. The distances between trains could be corrected by the error and the loss of RSSI signal. The experiment result shows that this method is effective.

Abstract: For the problem of serial robot structure error, method of relative position correction was researched. An adaptive filtering correction method based on robot joint position feedback was proposed. The method built a robot joint adaptive filtering corrector (AFC) to correct robot joint feedback. The real spatial position of robot end-effector can be got through the forward kinematics computation with the corrected joint feedback. Thus, the robot structure error is corrected. Weights matrices of AFC were trained with relative positions between calibration points on the standard calibration module. The proposed method of relative positions correction provides a new way for serial robot structure error correction, which does not directly modify the robot kinematics design parameters, dose not need measuring equipment, and can be applied in field. The simulation results got with LabVIEW robot module show that the corrected trajectory of robot end-effector is more approaching to its true trajectory than before, which means the robot structure error is effectively corrected.Keywords: Correction; Relative position; Serial robot; Kinematics

Abstract: As the non-uniformity of multi-channel output in ultra-high resolution CCD imaging system causes image seam problem, CCD multi-channel output non-uniformity correction method based on TDI read-out way is put forward. This method images only with image irradiance point, and with one image, a large amount of correction measuring points can be gained; on one hand, accuracy matching output characteristics can be ensured, and on the other hand, the influence of light source adjustment on correction outcomes can be erased. Experimental results show that, this method has high degree of correction accuracy, better than two-point method and multi-point method correction, and it can image only once.

Abstract: In basketball training, if the posture of basketball player is deviated, great impact will be brought to basketball training. Therefore, this paper presents a posture correction technology based on vision analysis. A lot of computer vision image are collected in basketball training, this images are enhanced to improve definition of image, with the high-quality images to identify wrong posture, and compare with standard posture to achieve posture correction in basketball training. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm for posture correction in basketball training can improve the accuracy of correction, so as to meet the actual needs of basketball training.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of global interference correction that the extrusion tool is entirely contained within the workpiece in 5-axis CNC incremental forming, a method that can avoid interference by correcting only once based on STL (StereoLithography) model is proposed in this paper. The interference critical point is found by using the plane which is paralleled to the extrusion tool and the Z-axis to cut the extrusion tool and the workpiece model, and then the interference correction angle is calculated through the interference cirtical point. The case study shows that this method is simple, effective and it can correct interference only by one step.
