Abstract: Plastic bag pollution is a growing global environmental concern. Several countries have recently approved bans on the use and distribution of plastic bags. In the USA, 22 of the 50 states have adopted multiple city/county ordinances. Most of these bans are introduced in coastal cities/counties. The local drivers, i.e. economy, geography, benefit, life-style, cost of living, and educational attainment, all impact the level and commitment to plastic bag bans. Currently, battles between support and opposition to these bans are typically financially driven; jobs and environmental health being main impact categories. This paper identifies several problems affecting the complete adoption of plastic bag bans in the USA, and gives some corresponding strategies to enhance the effectiveness and success of policy implementation.

Abstract: With the continuous development and popularization of computer network information technology, many colleges all have set up campus network. At present, campus network has been the important project in college base installation. However, information security issue of campus network would directly affect college to launch various pedagogical practices and refer to students’ individual privacy security issue. This paper has pointed out many safety loopholes existing in university campus network, and attempted to explore improvement measure and corresponding countermeasure of domestic university campus network information security.

Abstract: Tourism has played an active promoting role in the development of economy growth as pillar industry of Xingwen County. Based on exploration of resources engineering, evaluation index system about tourism resource value and tourism conditions for supporting force has been established. The first step was determined weights of the evaluation factor by applying AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and then the fuzzy mathematical evaluation method was used to calculate comprehensive scores of the tourism resource. The results show that the tourism resources are a distinct characteristic of Xingwen Geo-park and have great potential for further development. However, with a relatively slow economic growth, its current development is not that impressive. In terms of the evaluation results and the actual situation of the Geo-park, the author has put forward some measures which aim at providing a reference for the healthy development of the Geo-park tour.

Abstract: This paper aimed at present situation of exploitation and utilization of water resource protection and tourism in wuhan city, analyses the reason of its existing problems, and then for the existing problems of water pollution in wuhan city, has carried on the thorough analysis and discussion, in order to realize the good governance of water pollution in wuhan city, and puts forward countermeasures of water pollution in wuhan city

Abstract: Wind power is very important for low carbon energy strategy. Baicheng city has rich wind energy resources as the regional energy base of national key planning in western Jilin. This paper first analyzes the development situation of the wind power industry in Baicheng. Secondly the main problems of the wind power industry are analyzed, mainly including Lack of comprehensive planning for wind power development, high wind power capacity but low grid electricity, serious phenomenon of abandoning the wind power, lagging supporting power grid construction, and depression of the wind power industry. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward , including to unify thought and plan overall, to make policy of wind power development, to develop new ways to wind power used, to construct smart power grids and to promote the comprehensive development of wind power industry.

Abstract: Development and utilization of renewable energy is very important for low carbon development in Tianjin. This paper analyzes the current use of solar energy, wind power, geothermal energy, biomass energy and other renewable energy in Tianjin, and discusses the problems and countermeasures. The findings show that the major weaknesses of renewable energy utilization in Tianjin include high cost, insufficient support from policies and regulations, weak public awareness of renewable energy use, and lack of comprehensive utilization of renewable energy. In order to advance renewable energy utilization in Tianjin, more efforts should be made to introduce advanced technology, develop creative talents, increase policy support, improve standard system, strengthen cooperation among various industries and departments, and produce appropriate propaganda to let public realize the real benefits and convenience of renewable energy utilization.

Abstract: Yazidang Reservoir is a pumped-storage reservoir for water supply in Ningdong Chemical Industry Base of Ningxia, China. It plays an important role as a source of drinking and industrial water supply. Analysis of the water quality from March 2013 to May 2014, the results show that: For organic descriptors, value of COD_Cr, COD_Mn and DO can satisfy with class III, but some values of BOD₅ exceed the standard limitation. For index of nutrients, some values of TP exceed the standard, and TN greatly exceed the standard limitation. Using potential eutrophication to evaluate the reservoir water quality, the results show that Yazidang Reservoir is on a very high level of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition, reach to level of eutrophy-extremely eutrophy. Considering the current situation of water quality in Yazidang Reservoir, some countermeasures should be carried out for pollution prevention and control of water quality, such as strengthening management, enhancing water quality monitoring and water quality evaluation, simulation, eutrophication control and estimation environmental capacity of reservoir.
