Literature review discussed core questions, challenges and opportunities of Research and Development (R&D) collaboration in the aerospace industry where open innovation and crowdsourcing can be an effective and efficient solution. The paper eventually adopted Industrial Service Blueprinting (ISB) framework and proposed open innovation solutions for aerospace R&D alliances.

Abstract: With the increase of the scale and complexity of software system software crowdsourcing development have gradually favored by the industry and scholars, to solve the large-scale, large system to develop effective solutions. In this background, this article first introduces the crowdsourcing the basic framework of the development process of software, the basic framework of crowdsourcing and then based on the software development process of put forward a comprehensive software Quality (Quality), the software task Cost (Cost) and software (Value) of a reward QCV model. Finally, this paper, by using data from the topcoder, the QCV process model is verified, it is concluded that the software quality, software cost and interaction relationship between reward.

Abstract: The establishment of big data is completed based on the data captured by automotive electronic systems and cameras on the highway. This kind of crowdsourcing model for data gathering can not only accomplish the accurate collection of enormous data, but also solves the problem of high costs. After the collection of data, the isolated data is linked with each other and shared. In this way, the data will be socialized so as to establish the truly big data. With the big data collected, data center makes an analysis and mining to schedule, monitor and manage the transportation intelligently.

Abstract: While crowdsourcing is developed as a business model, it has become a new method of information exchange under the development of mobile Internet and SNS, and promoted the method of information production and exchanging on Internet. During the processes of global huge disaster relief, mass of information released by normal people have been used and played an important role. Using crowdsourcing in disaster information collection can improve the efficiency of rescue. Based on the analysis of current status of disaster information collection and crowdsourcing model, this paper studied the crowdsourcing-compatible disaster information management system, including its content, architecture and future development direction.

Abstract: FIRE has been incorporated as a non-profit organization in Canada, in May 2005. It is by now a network of professors, researchers and industrial partners, representing eight different universities spread in six different nations and eleven multinational companies, who have gathered, to undertake well-defined precompetitive research projects, and to train highly-qualified personnel for the industry. The evolution of the refractory education arena, in an economically globalized world, caught in a maelstrom of technical changes, is presented. The changes of paradigm from the “information age society” to the “crowdsourcing” in background, the FIRE realization are highlighted in such a context of “conceptual age society” are considered, with the concept of “coopetition”.
