Abstract: The intensified competition, the frequent change of the clients’ preferences and the globalization of the capital, product, service and information flows have turned the efficient product management into an essential factor for increasing competitiveness in production systems integrated in supply chains. In this context, industrial excellence can be obtained only by an efficient process piloting, using some performance measurement systems that permit a good substantiation of the decisions based on correct and reliable information, taking into account the risks specific to supply chains. The paper includes a review of the literature in the field of performance measurement for supply chains to understand the current practice and contributes to the development of the supply chain performance measurement framework using risk management, the case study method, a statistic quantitative data analysis and modern performance measurement techniques such as: balanced scorecard and supply chain operation reference.

Abstract: With the development of computer technology, especially the rapid development and extensive application of database technology and computer network technology, the data quantity increases sharply, the accumulation of a large number of data in various fields, and rising fast. Enterprise database or data warehouse has stored a large number of customer data, these data include many aspects of the information of customers, but also contains the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise operation. If we can use these data quickly, efficiently in-depth analysis and research, to find the rules and modes, to obtain the necessary knowledge from it, will help enterprises to better decision making. The system can successfully excavate students and staff of the tendency of consumption and consumption habits, analyze their satisfaction with each restaurant. The results of system analysis to a certain role for school students and teachers to understand and analyze the condition of daily consumption, so the establishment of this system has great practical value.

Abstract: Consumers are faced with many complicated problems in fitting clothes in the Internet and the entity shop. By combining the things of internet with virtual reality technology, we collected the consumer information to construct a virtual scene and provided personalized shopping experience for consumers. It greatly stimulated consumer desire to buy and improved the transaction amount. Abstract: The basic principles of scientific management applies to all human behavior, tourism management is a branch of modern management, it's a management for the whole tourism activities and system of tourism management. This paper focus on the study of tourism management enterprise owners' behaviour, through modern tourism system model structure characteristics and analysis of tourists' behaviours, and depth profiling the implementation and strategy analysis of management tourism enterprise CRM, doing further research on tourism management enterprise owners behaviour based on evade unevenness theory. Adapting to modern tourism development and tourism management teaching and research needs, and provide a better theoretical guidance for management of modern tourism entrepreneurs.
