Abstract: In order to solve the problems of aluminum package cleaning a kind of method of milling process for internal surface is proposed. Using three standard cutters which move as planets complete the milling processing for inner cylinder and bottom surface. This method makes the cutters forced reasonably and cutting efficiency is promoted. The adjusting device which is arranged on bigger mills makes the processing size to be changed so the applicability of this cutting method is improved greatly. After research the calculating method of cutting amounts and cutting force are established. The cutting capability of the new method is also analyzed in the paper. By the way the relation curve of cutting amounts and cutting force with cutter rotation rate are given. Abstract: With the rapid development of aviation at home, particle reinforced metal matrix composites (PRMMCs) has been widely applied recently. But at the same time, the difficult machining has gradually been one of the most outstanding bottle-necks that restrict the rapid enhancement of productivity. Here, in virtue of the self-developed ultrasonic drilling equipment, hole-making experiments of common and ultrasonic vibration drilling are performed on SiC particle reinforced aluminum-matrix composites (SiCp/Al)with different content of SiC by using two types of tungsten carbide drill. Drilling characteristics of machining composites with ultrasonic vibration are analyzed from such respects as the composites crush, drilling force, drill wear and hole surface quality. Studies show that, during the ultrasonic vibration drilling process, SiC particle in the composites is prone to break along the crystal connection boundary or suffer ductile fracture under the dynamic ultrasonic impulse, in which the cutting resistance could be reduced and the tool edge could be protected. Thereby, drilling locating precision and hole surface quality could be enhanced, wear of the drill chisel edge effectively improved, and the drilling torque reduced about 30%.

Abstract: The chemical composition and properties of nickel-based superalloy Inconel 718 was investigated first. Turning Inconel 718 was simulated by Deform-3D software to figure out main affection factors, and optimal combination of cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth was introduced. In addition, different cooling and Lubrication methods (heat transfer coefficient f of cooling and tool-chip friction factors) for cutting of Inconel 718 was studied, and a best cooling/lub mode was obtained.
