Abstract: In this study, a mainboard was designed for solar energy control with PC data acquisition system. The released system included forty-eight pieces of PV panels, 1.92 kW BLDC and eight pieces of 65 Ah batteries. The buck type DC-DC converter was controlled to charge battery depending on its voltage and current scheme. The BLDC motor was coupled to a pump and a MOSFET was used as motor run/stop switch for automatic working. This system was applied to irrigation in Turkey that it is consist of 1000 pieces of dwarf cherry tree. The controller had communication with PC and DAQ card. All analog values of system (currents, voltages, temperatures, etc.) send to PC with RS-232 and DAQ with reading analog values.

Abstract: This paper is a practical implementation of data acquisition system based on navigational devices. The data are extracted from different ship sensors on board. The objective of this paper is to build a navigation system based on sensors to simulate the original system. This system is implemented by collecting data from different sensors which are connected to microcontrollers PIC 16F628A & P16F886 then these data is transmitted wireless using Serial UART wireless module (200M Range-433 Mhz) to a computer station which enable continuous tracking for the all ship's sensor which indicate the situation in receiving site located at another place .The simulated system is built by using Lab View version (13). The ROM cost of the system around (220$).

Abstract: This paper introduces testing system of submersible motor that used for oil field based on virtual instruments. The system can detect, analyze, process and acquire data by national instruments’ graphical programming 1anguage,LabVIEW and DAQ board. It has a perfect man-machine interface. Because of its successful application in factory, work efficiency is improved greatly. IntroductionSubmersible motor is the power component of the submersible which performance affects the normal operation of the whole unit. With the development of production, varieties and yield of the machine are increasing and routine testing work is also increasing, but the test means has lagged behind. At present, the testing technology of submersible motor has been perfect in foreign, and able to provide the accurate performance curves to the user at the same time, At home, the dynamometer test of submersible motor is limited to some basic parameters measurement, and can not map the five characteristic curves of the motor accurately. Therefore, developing a set of rodless pump dynamometer system is necessary. The system is based on the NI company Labview software development platform and hardware platform, it can test automation and draw submersible motor performance curve accurately.

Abstract: The paper presents development of System SMPSL for binary communication. System SMPSL is computer system for measurement used in the school laboratory. The system is very cheap to assemble the hardware and available software is for free. The system consists of hardware and software parts. The communication is performed using library. The paper describes the basic connections and the source code for creating custom measurement system using a computer. Presented SMPSL system was developed based on mentioned basis.

Abstract: With the development platform based on Advantech DAQ board, we have completed the design of multi-channel analog switch, decoding circuit and impedance testing circuit and built a good hardware platform for the automotive wiring harness testing system. Testing software is used to import different values into the digital I/O of data acquisition card of the hardware of to choose the tested points and then the voltage signal is read from every loop and the voltage signal is sent into the computer. Analyzing, processing, displaying is done by the testing software so that the hardware system becomes the development platform for Lab-VIEW software application.

Abstract: In the chemical engineering territory, the important parameters regarding reaction are fundamentally temperature, pressure, and concentration, among which the setting and monitoring of reaction temperature are crucial to complete the reaction efficiently, safely, and quickly. MOF Synthesis, due to the different heating pattern or unstable heating, usually affects the rate of nucleation and crystallization, causing the difference of crystalline. For the temperature sensing module made in this system, to ensure the reliability, this project implements the monitoring with wireless ZigBee chip and wire DAQ data acquisition card. The terminal interface sends the control package to infrared emission module through RS-232, and the signals are sent to infrared receiving module through infrared emission module to implement the automatic control of heating oven. The practical results are: (1) complete the temperature sensing module made by J type thermal couple, (2) ZigBee wireless and DAQ Data Acquisition Card wire transmission technology, (3) completing the development of infrared receiving and emitting control module, (4) the interface designed for this system covers the functions, such as monitoring, controlling, and recording, (5) Remote monitoring and control implemented with internet, (6) MOF synthesis heating experience.

Abstract: This paper introduced a compact design of portable standard 12-lead ECG acquisition terminals. For portable application purposes, an ultra-low power 16-bit microcontroller, which acted the core unit of the terminal, an 8-channel 24-bit , low-noise low-power high speed,analog-to-digital converter incorporated ECG features,external SD card storage,USB data-transmission module were intergrated into the terminal.Through the terminal,the sampling,storage,transmission and display of standard 12-lead ECG could be implemented in real-time.

Abstract: This paper introduces an electric quantity data acquisition system based on WSN, and a special algorithm which is used in multi-channel electric data acquisition is also introduced. In this algorithm, a large number of hardware circuits are replaced by software functions, the design of the hardware is simplified, and it is of practical value. The system includes pulse kilowatt-hour meters, Data Acquisition(DAQ), data concentrators , Server and Zigbee network nodes (Router and Coordinator) and so on. This paper explains the structure of Zigbee network, the network features of DRF1605H Zigbee module, the special algorithm of electric quantity data acquisition, the structure of WSN electric quantity data acquisition system, the design of electric quantity data acquisition hardware and software and so on. After designing and implementing this system, the electric quantity data acquisition, the data transmission between each ZigBee node and the ability of anti-interference are tested. The results of each test show that each part of the system works properly and meets the original requirements of the design. From the running condition of the system, the system for electric quantity data acquisition and transmission has some characteristics such as a simple structure, accurate data, a strong anti-interference ability, high reliability of WSN, easy maintenance, good scalability and so on, which indicate it has a promising application future. This system helps to plan the use of electricity and dispatch the power. Not only is the electric energy management automation level improved, but also manpower and material resources are saved, leading to remarkable economical benefits.

Abstract: The development of a control system of solid desiccant dehumidifier for air-conditioning is reported in this paper. The system is applied to monitor and control the internal conditions of air-conditioned buildings with a view to reducing carbon emissions. The system provides the following major functions: data acquisition, data processing and decision-making. The data acquisition module is built up within this system based on signal recognition and sensory technology to detect the operating status of the air-conditioned air. The real-time data processing module is implemented using data I/O communication to process received data and to transmit control commands to a controller interface. An experimental investigation was carried out by monitoring and controlling working conditions of the dehumidifier used in the air conditioning. Process control for solid desiccant dehumidification was performed by tuning NI-DAQ controller parameters to regulate humidity, temperature, flow rates, and other conditions of the air condition. Experimental result proves that the system has been successfully developed and applied for controlling/monitoring the operation of solid desiccant dehumidifier for air conditioning.
