Abstract: A continuous-wave lidar signal acquisition system with USB2.0 interface is present,in this paper. The hardware and the application program has been designed, its sampling rate is up to 1000Msps by flywheel A/D circuit. The signal correlation and accumulation is processed by using FPGA with512M RAM .The experimental results show that it can be used in a variety of systems.

Abstract: Taking the computer sound card instead of current acquisition card as hardware and Labview as software development platform, a kind of sound card data acquisition system with higher sampling precision, middling sampling frequency and better flexibility is designed, it is given an example of six-path analog input multiplexing.It has realized data acquisition of multi-path FDM(frequence division multiplexing) signal. The system has many advantages, for example, high cost performance, strong commonality, and good expansibility.It takes on wider foreground in the fields of engineering measure and laboratory application.

Abstract: A new occupant restraint system test bed was designed based on the regulations on automotive seat test and safe-belt contact point strength test, which was capable of conducting seat rigid test, safe-belt contact point strength test, headrest performance test. The structure and parameters of the test bed were designed and FE model of the centre frame of the test bed was built with ANSYS to analyze the strength. Then the measuring and control system was developed based on LabVIEW. Finally, the static strength test of automotive seat and safe-belt contact point test were performed to evaluate the test device. The results demonstrated that this device met the test regulation requirements and could be used to conduct further investigation and vehicle design for occupant restraint system.

Abstract: As the development of industry wireless networks, sensor network, innovative sensors, radio frequency identification (RFID), and micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technologies, the industry sector has made great progress in data acquisition, treatment, transfer and analysis, greatly expanded people’s ability to access information, and to control and use them. This paper developed a wireless data acquisition and storage system of CNC machine tools based on LabVIEW graphical programming language and IEEE 802.11 wireless communication protocol, effectively expanded the ability to access and use the CNC machine status information; solved the problem of data collection caused by the environment complexity of manufacture workshop and the hardness of wiring; eliminated the dead zone of manufacture workshop in the processing of the data acquisition of state information of bottom processing equipment; made the bottom machining unit no longer be the information island for manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: Data collection and processing of human faces are hot spots of reverse engineering. This paper studies the data collection of human faces, the pre-treatment of point clouds, and analyzes the error of data collection at the same time. Data collection mostly uses proper system parameters to get desired point clouds. Pretreatment of point clouds deletes the desultory points first, then merge the point clouds. Finally, analyze the errors that are caused in the process of data collection, mostly analyze the effects of equipment, ambient light, and system parameters on accuracy of data collection, then find the best treatment to get a desirable experimental result.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced features of data acquisition card based on PCI bus, and combined with researching on timing data collection system in the reducer test, built data acquisition system aiming at parameters of the reducer, and by using VC+ + to program, we achieved display on timing and real-time acquisition curve of data of torque and speed of the reducer, and have got good results.

Abstract: The aim of the research in progress is to enhance continuously cast billets images software analyzer (based on sulfur prints and template photos) data aquisition and preparation methods. Aquired sulfur prints images and templates photographs were evaluated according to statistical criteria. Raw data aquisition and preparation methods for continuously cast billets analysis software based on sulfur prints and templates photographs were developed in course of work. Conditions of aquiring templates sulfur prints and photographs were also evaluated

Abstract: On the basis of the review of the present situation and existing problems in structure real-time monitoring system, the paper designs and develops a structure vibration real-time monitoring system. In process of the application, spectral analysis was carried out through fast Fourier transform (FFT) technology, at the same time, the deformation and inherent mode shapes are monitored. In one words, the system realizes synchronously the real-time display of the structural total characteristic, mode shapes, time and frequency signals of key testing points on computer screen. In order to prove the validity of the system, the paper the paper takes a simple-supported beam for an example and receives a satisfying result.

Abstract: A wireless data acquisition system based on MSP430F149 is developed for the measurement of microbial fuel cells’ voltage. The main function of this system is to convert the analog input voltage into digital output code, process the digital code, and transfer the data through the GSM network or the USB interface. The core of the data acquisition device is a 16-bit general purpose Texas Instruments ultralow-power microcontroller MSP430F149. As the voltage of a microbial fuel cell is very low, the A/D converter circuit is specifically designed for high precision and high accuracy. A real-time clock is used to achieve timing measurement and the time interval can be set to meet demands. The data collected is transferred through the GSM network. Besides, a Windows environment application developed with Visual C++ can be used to access the data stored in the flash memory through USB interface.

Abstract: In order to meet data acquisition mobility and convenient requirements of the portable ECG monitor, the data acquisition system of ECG with dual CPU is designed in this paper. The system, in which C8051F005 is master CPU, meanwhile ATmega168 is slave CPU, consists of analogical circuit for detecting of ECG, amplifier-filter circuit, A/D converter and SD memory card communication interface mainly. Experimental data shows that the system has such advantages such as good repeatability, high accuracy, quick response and excellent anti-interference. It can effectively detect and obtain electrical activity of the heart and cope with continuous large memory with SD memory card in embedded system. Strong background noises are eliminated effectively by multi-level amplifier and filter; Un-anamorphic ECG can be acquired and recorded synchronously in memory cards. Moreover, this paper also proposes a preprocessing algorithm for noise reduction so that it can reject the interference by respiration and surface EMG signal.
