Abstract: Automatic programming and process diagnosis are the essential function to drive the Numerical Control (NC) machine tool with probes to measure the products and evaluate the quality of process in every inspection procedure based on on-machine measurement (OMM), especially in the complex parts measuring, which can avoid the products unqualified and promote the efficiency of manufacture and inspection. In this paper, the method of automatic programming, the data exchange of measurement and the principle of process diagnosis are discussed. With a practical case based on FANUC, the effectiveness and efficiency of the method raised in this paper is validated.

Abstract: In order to solve the security problem of data’s exchange and sharing among every information island, as well as between power enterprises and power customers, we propose data security exchange of user behavior trusted: recording the data’s essential attribute and user operation in clients; data transmission can be achieved by unified security exchange protocol; servers filter data according to data’s essential attribute, user operation and configure policy, by association analysis of customers’ abnormal behavior, and check user behavior trusted. By means of analysis, data exchange of user behavior trusted can ensure data’s security exchange from data transmission, data security and user behavior trusted three aspects in heterogeneous environment.

Abstract: To resolve the complexity and diversity of data exchange, the paper designed an data exchange system based on middleware technology, which realized different parsing and filtering capabilities. The method can meet the need of data exchange on the premise that network security can be guaranteed. The test results show that functionality and performance of the system meet the requirements of data isolation and exchange.

Abstract: To realize hierarchical robot task planning in the hybrid deliberative/reactive control architecture, C++ and Prolog are integrated to implement qualitative reasoning and quantitative calculation. With respect to a typical case in service robot operation studies, two experiments are conducted to examine “Prolog loading C++ programs” and “C++ loading Prolog programs”. They get the results of unidirectional data transfer and bidirectional data transfer between the two kinds of software, respectively. The research method is extendable to different engineering applications and different Prolog development environments.

Abstract: Focus on designing data exchange pattern for Spaceflight TT&C Ground System based on Google Protocol Buffers, this paper carried through research and design on related critical technology. The basic theory and using method of Protocol Buffers were introduced, encoding and decoding mechanism using Protocol Buffers were designed, TT&C data processing & transmitting pattern as well as data structure renewing & maintaining pattern were discussed, and the advantages of applying Protocol Buffers to Spaceflight TT&C Ground System data exchange area were also analyzed.

Abstract: In this article, to handle data exchange between different grid systems efficiently and accuracy, the accuracy of inverse distance weighted average method is researched by different searching radius and exponent parameter. The result is compared with other two interpolation methods, radial basis function interpolation and local triangular projection method. The result shows that the search radius and exponential parameter of inverse distance weighted average interpolation method have not significant influence on interpolation result when radius is large.

Data exchange model is the core of realizing data exchange and it has a set of completed data storage and access mechanism. The paper verifies the mapping of relational schema and XML schema, the conversion of database and XML data, and XML document schema, and the paper constructs XSLT documents among different XML schemas, and explains and implements the algorithms of the conversion among different XML documents.

Abstract: A novel CIM-based approach is proposed to realize power enterprise data exchange under heterogeneous IT circumstance. CIM objects encoding specification by XML is introduced in this paper. The object is expressed by XML complex element, and the object’s properties are encoded by simple elements embedded in complex one. In order to solve some data interchange problems, a CIM/XSD schema which applies on CIM data syntax and data validation verification is established by using XML Schema Definition (XSD) technology, and an attribute group “AssociationAttributeGroup” is designed to serialize complex relationships of CIM objects. The attribute group provides syntax support for marshaling linkages of objects in certain two methods: “embedding” and “referring”. The two operators: serialization and deserialization are added to each CIM class. By this way, the CIM objects can make quickly and bidirectional alternation between memory objects and CIM/XML document. The algorithms of the two operators are designed in detail, which can implement complex object set bidirectional conversion efficiently. The case study shows that the CIM object encoding specification, the CIM/XML schema and the algorithms of serialization functions can be applied to exchange and share CIM data in electric power enterprise.
