Abstract: End users and consumers of halal industry are facing difficulties in finding verified halal information. This occurred due to information that is stored in silos at every point of activity for every process chain, employing different structures and models, creating an issue of information verification. Integration of multiple information systems generally aims at combining selected systems so that information can be easily retrieved and manage by users. A proposed five components metadata representation development methodology is presented in this paper so that they form a unified new whole and give users the illusion of interacting with one single information system, therefore, data can be represented using the same abstraction principles (unified global data model and unified semantics) without any physical restructuring.

Abstract: In the research of urban disaster risk assessment, data is the most basic element. Accurate, comprehensive, high quality data is essential to ensure the accuracy of disaster analysis and disaster risk classification. The systematic methods of data acquisition, processing and management and analysis need to be studied. In this paper, based on the analysis of characteristics of urban-disasters composite risk assessment data, the risk assessment database is designed. According to processing phase, the database is divided into four sub-databases: gathering database, general database, study area database and history database. The logic design for all the databases are discussed. The updating mechanism is built for the database and continuance updating is realized.

Abstract: With the deepening of higher education reform and expansion of asset reorganization of colleges, the scale of higher education increases rapidly and large-scale colleges colleges are emerging. The development of scale of colleges requires heterogeneous systems to realize data integration and application integration, which not only implements efficient and ordered information management of finance,and real-time supervision, management and control on operation of subordinate departments, but also effectively supports decision-making ability of educational administration department and enhances competitive power of higher education.

Abstract: In this paper, three-dimensional integration framework of landslide monitoring data was proposed in the idea of mineral point-source information system and the WebGIS technology based on ActiveX. Seamless integration of data related to landslide monitoring,such as basic geographic data, geological survey data and sensor data was realized. In this process, program algorithm automatically handled method and visual interpretation in three-dimensional environment were used to improve the accuracy of landslide monitoring data. Furthermore,the suitability of landslide monitoring database was improved by separating landslide monitoring data from prediction mathematical model. All this provides the excellent basis for the stability evaluation and forecast of landslide. The monitoringproject of HuangTuPo landslide in Three Gorges Reservoir of China was taken as example to verify feasibility of the method.

Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of the data warehouse integration mechanisms, use Object-oriented analysis methods, take the ITIS’s functions and data needs as the starting point, promote and optimize the ETL method and form a Tourism-oriented ITIS data integration model. The “wisdom tourism” is explained elaborately. Then it shows what data integration is and how to use integration.

Abstract: This paper provides an ontology-based distributed heterogeneous data integration framework (ODHDIF). The framework resolves the problem of semantic interoperability between heterogeneous data sources in semantic level. By metadatas specifying the distributed, heterogeneous data and by describing semantic information of data source , having "ontology" as a common semantic model, semantic match is established through ontology mapping between heterogeneous data sources and semantic difference institutions are shielded, so that semantic heterogeneity problem of the heterogeneous data sources can be effectively solved. It provides an effective technology measure for the interior information of enterprises to be shared in time accurately.

Abstract: The Oil & Gas industry is moving forward with Integrated Operations (IO). There are different ways to achieve data integration, and ontology-based approaches have drawn much attention.
