Abstract: In this paper, the real-time defects inspection was implemented via use of paralleled structure and high-speed operation of FPGA. The hardware circuit based on FPGA was established. According to signal characteristics of polymeric film defects, the preprocessing scheme of defect images based on FPGA was designed. The defect data were packed according to the defined format. Data processed were transferred to PC through USB2.0 real-timely to reconstruct defect microscopic images. The quantity of transferred data was decreased tremendously by this method. The inspecting speed was greatly improved.

Abstract: Data processing system on analysis of variance is developed by using Visual Basic. In this document, it introduced conception and functions about analysis of variance in brief, and explained the design of data processing system on analysis of variance in detail. Further more, we evaluated the performance of data processing system. The result indicated that the system has excellent performance and it is useful in the production and experiment.

Abstract: Taking the wood residues as raw materials, the composition of an environmentally-friendly wood material were designed and optimized, and the effect of such process parameters as PF amount, hot-pressing time, design density on wood composite's properties was studied. Use DPS data processing system for Partial Least-Squares Regressive to analyze the effect of different process parameters on properties and establish mathematical model, so as to optimize the experimental program and ascertain the best conditions, at the same time to verify it.
