Abstract: To elucidate the mechanism that the software Gemagic Studio and 3D printer have an important role in repairing and copying the ancient cultural relics and the damaged sculpture, we take the damaged sculpture, Sissi, as the example, repaired it based on reverse engineering, 3D scanning technology and modern 3D printing technology. In the process of research, we obtain the point data of it, using reverse engineering software Gemagic Studio for the noise removing, compaction, hole filling, surface repair, error ratio and so on. And then import the 3D printer for 3D printing. At the last, the precise entity model proved that we have a wonderful experiment.

Abstract: The 3D laser scanning technology is a hot spot in developed measuring in recent years. In the surface reconstruction of reverse engineering, the 3D laser scanning point cloud data is too large, and is not conducive to the computation, storage and surface reconstruction. After understanding the research status of the point cloud data processing streamline method at home and abroad, and through the analysis of minimum distance algorithm and the angle-chord height combined code method applicable to engineering characteristics, at the same time, the combination algorithm, which is based on the minimum distance algorithm and the angle-chord height combined code method, is proposed to simplify the point cloud data. The scanning point cloud is simplified by using matlab line by line.

Abstract: The sensor nodes in WSN are generally limited in energy, and the communication between nodes consumes most power. Therefore, it is the key point to reduce energy consumption and network traffic when designing routing protocols for WSN. The Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) protocol is a widely used and studied WSN routing protocol. In this paper, an improved LEACH based on energy-consumption optimization (LEACH-EO) was proposed against the deficiencies of LEACH. LEACH-EO implemented some improvements on the cluster-head selection of LEACH, meanwhile, the data redundancy of WSN was exploited to optimize the data transmission according to the characteristics of WSN. The simulation results show that LEACH-EO increases network lifetime and reduces energy consumption in comparison to LEACH.

Abstract: Data processing is a key to reverse engineering, the results of which will directly affect the quality of the model reconstruction. Eliminate noise points are the first step in data processing, The method of using Coons surface to determine the noise in the data point is proposed. To reduce the amount of calculation and improve the surface generation efficiency, data point is reduced. According to the surrounding point coordinate information, the defect coordinates are interpolated. Data smoothing can improve the surface generation quality, data block can simplify the creation of the surface. Auto parts point cloud data is processed, and achieve the desired effect.

Abstract: To avoid the initialization sensitivity and low computational efficiency problems of the kernelized possibilistic c-means clustering algorithm (KPCM), a new clustering algorithm called efficient and robust kernelized possibilistic c-means clustering algorithm (ERKPCM) was proposed in this paper. ERKPCM improved KPCM by two ways. First, the data are refined by the data reduction technique, which makes it keep the data structure of the original data and have higher efficiency. Secondly, weighted clustering algorithm is executed several times to estimate cluster centers accurately, which makes it more robust to initializations and get more reasonable partitions. As a by-product, ERKPCM overcomes the problem of generating coincident clusters of KPCM. The contrast experimental results with conventional algorithms show that ERKPCM is more robust to initializations, and has a relatively high precision and efficiency.

Abstract: Establishment of symptoms diagnostic criteria and treatment effect evaluation index system of Traditional Chinese Medicine is to improve the basic means of scientific medicine. A rational model of TCM symptoms diagnosis is to establish formation of effective evaluation index system. The study is base on the clinical data of bacterial pneumonia in the elderly. First pre-treatment basic data is proceeding. Then deleting unnecessary targets and discovering the core indicator set using Pawlak data reduction algorithms based on rough set theory, the core indicator set is determined as the diagnostic criteria of bacterial pneumonia for the elderly. The modeling method of Chinese medicine diagnosis symptoms on bacterial pneumonia for the elderly has worthy of promotion in Chinese medicine diagnosis symptoms.

Abstract: In Reverse Engineering (RE), Point Cloud Data (PCD) processing is of great importance. But at present, a number of key issues about its algorithms are unresolved. This article mainly introduces the author who has done the research and put forward some specific algorithms on the aspects of data topology reconstruction, multi-view data registration and data reduction, and then developed a PCD processing system --3DPointshop, based on OpenGL and MFC. Through a series of instances of tests show that the prototype system which contains the algorithms and function modules will be able to implement on PCD processing well and could achieve the practical application level.

Abstract: Cloud computing model makes software reuse from the simple code reuse to the service-oriented software reuse .This paper based on the extended Google App Engine cloud computing platform, designed a reusable data reduction tool, which mainly to solve the access problem of heterogeneous data and an un-existed data type. In order to achieve data reuse, a layered data structure definition based on the reuse is provided. Finally, a data-mining system built on top of cloud computing platform is designed and implemented to verify the efficiency and the validity of data reduction module.
