Abstract: The possibility to analyze micrometer scaled 2D implantation profiles is essential for improving SiC power devices. Due to the fact that the oxidation rate depends on the doping concentration a rather simple method was developed in order to decorate highly doped (aluminum) implantation profiles. For this purpose, different samples were grinded with a shallow bevel angle and subsequently oxidized. It could be shown that this method allows analyzing the implantation depth of different box-shape implanted samples. Furthermore the ability to distinguish micrometer scaled 2D profiles for a state-of-the-art SiC power device could be shown.

Abstract: This article uses the shared "natural" property of the fractal geometry to analyze the style and decorative arts of traditional furniture so as to help furniture designers apply their new design approach to abroad practice of furniture design, which will develop a new field for creating new furniture forms and decorative patterns.

Abstract: By measuring the nail holding power used in the decoration of bamboo integrated timber, analyze the influence of bolt category,diameter of guiding bore and screwing depth. The results show that the bolt joint strength of bamboo integrated timber was obviously increased in usage with the decreasing of diameter of guiding bore and the increasing of screwing depth.

Abstract: To improve the performance of LMS algorithm ,a modified algorithm is proposed .decoration is used and orthogonal vectors is applied to replace weigh of the filter ,forgetting factor is also introduced to control the step .A new model is built and experiment show that convergence speed is improved and steady-state error is reduced. The performance is improved.

Abstract: With the rapid development of decoration industry, a number of laws and regulations have been issued on quality supervision in the decoration engineering. However, there are still many problems and hidden troubles under the restriction of regulations. Therefore, this paper finds out the reasons from the aspects of technology, environment and human operations, and puts forward the suggestions for the regulation and quality assurance of decoration.

Abstract: In recent years, the accidents of house collapse during the decoration process often occur which resulted in the loss of a great social impact and economic value. Abstract: Fabric art plays a vital role in the interior design. It is the most widely used elements in the interior ornament, including yarn, mantle, bedding, sofa, carpets, wall hangings and the cover of furniture …, almost everything. In general, in addition to a decorative role, the fabric art also has the following functions: Dividing the interior space; strengthen the privacy protection; integration of the relationship between human and space, materialized occupant‘s personality. But a professional design project is systematic. It is not to decorate a space simply. So, depending on fabric art excessively to decorate a space is not right and it is worth discussing how to use fabric art reasonably.

Abstract: From blood faan civilization. Marriage ceremony, as a traditional conversion, has been drifting away from its original purposes. It becomes a typical consumemily marriage to the modern monogamy, human being has been experiencing several types or forms of marriage and marriage itself become one of the signs for humr behavior and also starting to lead the fashion trend within communities. Modern wedding celebration, especially the environment decoration design, also start to emphasis on the aspect such as significance, mood, aesthetic feeling, class, taste, romance and atmosphere.

Abstract: A new art design is not a pure style of design but a synthesis of many styles, and its form and theme of expression in product design are not absolutely the same. In this paper, a preliminary discussion on new art design is conducted. Due to a serious shortage of materials and the turning of manpower & machines to the manufacture of war-related products, designers had to focus on the practicality of products, as they could no longer find extra materials and manpower for decoration. At the same time, the new materials for wars were developed significantly, and gradually the modernism style emphasizing practicality and opposing decoration became the mainstream of design, and this style had been popular for nearly a century.
