Abstract: The effect of hydrogen on the mechanical properties of disordered and ordered (Fe,Ni)3V alloys has been investigated. The diffusion behaviors of hydrogen in the disordered and ordered (Fe,Ni)3V alloys were reported. The results showed that the depth of intergranular (IG) fracture on a surface of tensile fracture of (Fe,Ni)3V alloy increased linearly with increasing pre-charging temperature at the same pre-charging time. An apparent hydrogen diffusion coefficient was calculated by the time lag method. The apparent hydrogen diffusion coefficient in the disordered (Fe,Ni)3V alloy was greater than that in the ordered (Fe,Ni)3V alloy. The relationship between the apparent hydrogen diffusion coefficient and pre-charging temperature in (Fe,Ni)3V alloy agreed with Arrhenius equation. The activation energies of apparent hydrogen diffusion in the disordered and ordered (Fe,Ni)3V alloys were 34.6 kJ/mol and 42.2 kJ/mo1, respectively.

Abstract: The significance of organization management to companies was analyzed and the relationship between a enterprise’s organization structure and its information transfer effect was discussed. Then the differences of organization structures between construction companies at home and abroad were compared. The information entropy model was used to evaluate the structure from two aspects as efficiency and effectiveness of information transmission. And based on this model, Kajima Construction Group and China Railway Construction Corporation were evaluated, and the result shows that China Railway Construction Corporation fall behind in both areas of information transmission.

Abstract: The effects of Fe stoichiometry and degree of order on mechanical properties of intermetallics Ni3Fe were investigated. The experimental results showed that the phase composition and the grain size of Ni3Fe alloy was independent on Fe stoichiometry. The Ni3Fe alloy with the normal stoichiometry had the lowest elongation in the ordered and disordered alloys. The tensile strength of Ni3Fe alloy depended on Fe stoichiometry of alloy. The effect of Fe stoichiometry on the mechanical properties of the ordered alloy was larger than that of disordered alloy. There were more point defects in lattice when the alloy stoichiometry deviating from the normal stoichiometry in the Ni3Fe alloy. The changes of the concentration of the point defects and degree of order altered the deformation behavior of the Ni3Fe alloy.

Abstract: The effects of calcination on preparation of needle coke were studitied. The relationship between structureand and property of needle coke that was prepared under calcination were characterized by SEM,XRD and FT-IR analysis. The results indicated that the effect of calcination on the preparation of needle coke was positive. The higher temperature of caclineing and the longer time of caclineing, the better the ordered degree of needle coke and its fibrous texture. The incomeing of N2 can increase the ordered degree. FeCl3 which was a sublimate material was prejudiced to the graphitization of the needle coke. Through the observation of microstructure,we could find that there were some sample particles existing surface, thinking the particles were Fe ions, which was unhelpful for the preparation of needle coke.

Abstract: A Fe3Al based single phase alloy was rolled at 600 °C and 400 °C and the kinetics of recrystallisation in A2 and B2 phase regions was determined in conjunction with the kinetics of the A2-B2 ordering and recovery. At 700°C and 800°C the recrystallisation kinetics depends strongly on the temperature of rolling while at 900°C only a small influence is visible. These results are attributed to the high stored energy in the sample rolled at 400 °C and its high recovery rate at 900 °C, leading to a similar level in stored energy as for the sample rolled at 600 °C in the beginning of annealing. At lower temperatures, in contrast, the difference in stored energy is conserved over longer times in the annealing process. Almost half the apparent activation energy was observed in the ordered state compared to that in the disordered state.
