Abstract: Nowadays, with the rapid development of mobile computing technology, mobile learning, a brand new distance learning model, arises at the historic moment. As a new research field, learners could acquire knowledge that they wanted anytime anywhere and really control their learning progress based on its advantage. Android is a Linux kernel–based operating system which can be applied in multiple mobile terminal devices such as smart phones, tablet computers,etc.Based on the combination of mobile communication technology and mobile learning theory, firstly, this paper constructed the mobile learning platform architecture, then, it analyzed the function modules of the system client and the system server, finally, it realized the design of mobile learning platform which is based on Android system. This work would provide a guidance of the theory, method and practice in the development and design of mobile learning systems.

Abstract: The article deals with of a hydrogen pressure vessel suitable for very high pressure of approximately 100 MPa. One of the goals is to design a vessel from materials whose strength will meet mechanical requirements a calculated in numerical ways. Another objective is the simulation of the design the pressure vessel with regard to safety and weight requirements.

Abstract: Benefits of mechanism with balls are to promote their interests in different aspects in different fields of modern technology. May be remarked considerable success in screws with balls, guides, couplings etc. Are in the ascendancy searches for optimal solutions in speed-reducers with balls. One of the possible contributions to the research for technical solutions in this area is presented below. It shows the geometric particularities and configuration of a spherical ball transmission, constructive modeling and simulation of function. On an outside spherical surface of one wheel there is a sine wave path ball race. The second wheel has on an internal surface longitudinal inclined channels in which the balls are located.

Abstract: In a technological system, the design has to be thought so that all the possible faults to be mitigated or avoided both in conceptual design and embodiment design phases. This is an ideal point of view because in reality the faults are present and sometimes it is a cumbersome task to find all the possible events and their causes. As a way to help these this paper presents the possibility to use the axiomatic design FR-DP decomposition in order to define the events from a Fault Tree Analyze, its construction, a combination of these two giving results that can be interesting for both methods.

Abstract: Dense flow absorber of desulfurization is a new type of semi dry flue gas desulfurization technology, desulfurization of flue gas is mainly in the dense phase absorption tower. By using the turbulence model in Fluent.14 software, three-dimensional numerical simulation of dense phase in different flue gas entrance tower height of internal flow field. Selection of k- ε model as the calculation model, using Simple algorithm. Selected from the flue gas 1m, 2mand 3m, simulation the flow field distribution, combined with the experimental analysis.The results show that the flue gas entrance height from the top of the 1m, the flow field distribution is uniform, the minimum pressure drop.

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of our society and economy, coal mining is also expanding the scale, and belt conveyor is widely used in coal mine production as a belt conveyor device. However, in practice, due to the low mass of reactive power, large loss of reactive circulation and large starting current, belt conveyor threaten the safety of coal production in addition to bring enterprises the economic losses. In this context, the realization of coal belt conveyor automation system design can not only reduce maintenance costs, extend working life, but also ensure life and property safety of mine workers, and ultimately improve the social and economic benefits of enterprises.

Abstract: As information technology and communication technology continue to evolve and progress, wireless sensors in communication operations have been widely used in many areas , which has greatly improved the effectiveness and quality of communication and created favorable conditions for the development of all work. In this paper, the author analyzes the corresponding concept of underground mine communication practices and wireless sensors, focuses to discuss the application of wireless sensors in underground mine communication operations and analyzes the design of underground mine wireless sensing system, whose purpose is to provide reference for the application of wireless sensors in underground mine communication operations.

Based on analyzing the characteristics of the financial management system in Guangxi colleges and universities, the work optimized the procedure of financial management. Abstract: With the development of computer technology, computer-aided translation software is widely applied to translation. It is able to improve translation efficiency and quality. Meanwhile, it is in accordance with the requirement of market-oriented translation workshop. The paper compares the strengths and weaknesses of the major computer-aided translation software, which provides the software consumers with practical suggestion. The design principle is also discussed in the paper to facilitate the design of satisfactory computer-aided translation software to the users.
