Abstract: Development of rural community relates to the overall development of China's urbanization, and is one of the key issues to improve farmers' quality of life. This study attempts to find out problems in the new community through investigation on the new type rural communities currently, analyzes root causes of problems, different agglomeration state, traditional living habits, living factors between rural and urban, sums up full functionality mode of new rural communities, and gives the concrete proposal in community planning, public space and residential construction.

Abstract: Though the introduction of light rail transit status and the reinforcement of prestressed track beams, this paper explored the carbonation mechanism of prestressed track beams, and analysised the main influencing factors of prestressed track beams. Based on concrete carbonation depth forecasting model, this paper analysised the carbonation law of of prestressed track beams in Chongqing, and proposed the durability design measures to prestressed track beams.

Abstract: In order to study the influence of dynamic response of frame-support-wall structure with openings on floor, six 3D models with different radio of opening are made. According to the finite element mode analysis and dynamic time-history analysis, we know that the location of openings, the size of openings etc. are important to the performance of structure. In order to keep entire structure in good condition, we suggest that the rate of openings should be smaller than 6%~8%.
