Abstract: A novel galactoside derivative (1) incorporating p-nitroaniline (p-NA) as chromophore has been synthesized and used as a cascaded chromogenic enzyme substrate for the detection of β-D-galactosidase, which was characterized using UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS spectra. A plausible mechanism for the release of p-NPA from the enzyme substrate 1 was proposed.

Abstract: The runway incursion detection algorithm (RIDA) was developed by CASRI in support of the National Science and Technology Pillar Program of China. Detection algorithm was developed as a component of the A-SMGCS, an experimental software system for terminal area and surface operations. The detection algorithm is the primary function for implementing A-SMGCS level II. The RIDA makes use of ADS-B surveillance technology, Global Positioning System (GPS), ground surveillance systems, and data links. The RIDA was tested and demonstrated at the Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) since 2012 with highly successful results. The advanced capabilities of RIDA provide ATC controllers with enhanced situational awareness, supplemental guidance cues, a real-time display of traffic information, and warnings of runway incursions in order to reduce the possibility of runway incursions while also improving operational capability.

Abstract: This paper proposes an intelligent system of detecting air quality based on SPCE061A. The system mainly detects the concentration of combustible gas in air through gas sensors. After a series of data analysis, air quality information will be presented on the LCD screen. At the same time, when the gas concentration exceeds a value, it can relive harm automatically and remote alarm. So that it can prevent the happening of the malignant accident.

Abstract: Aiming at the study of key technology of the integrated test platform of wireless communication equipment, this paper consists of several technology contents, mainly including criterion of detection, fault diagnosis evaluation, equipment type matching, optimization of circuit detection point, signal acquisition and so on. Combined with the intelligent circuit detection techniques and the development of software and hardware, the specific testing and repairing techniques of the wireless communication equipment are given to realize the steps, methods and processes, and the testing platform united with technology verification and software and hardware is developed and achieved.

Abstract: Power quality disturbance detection and identification is the prerequisite and basis for the power quality management and control. This paper presents a new power quality disturbance detection and classification method. Firstly, the time-time transform is applied to power quality disturbance signal analysis. According to spectrum analysis results of the diagonal elements of time-time transform matrix, a preliminary judge about whether the disturbance signal contains harmonics and inter harmonic was given. For disturbances with non-harmonics, based on time-time transform modulus matrix diagonal sequence, the beginning and ending time of the disturbance is located, and the disturbance amplitude is calculated. For the disturbances which contain harmonics, time-time transform is perform twice to get the row mean value curve and the column mean value curve, which are required by disturbance time location and amplitude measurement. Finally, disturbance classification had realized by using rule tree. Simulation results reveal that this method is very robust and adaptable, which can identify transient power quality disturbance with minor magnitude under noisy environment, and the recognition rate is satisfactory.

Abstract: According to the national food inspection standards,research a new inspection system of pesticide residues combine with fluorescence detection method. Integration with photoelectric technology, sensor technology and micro processing technology ,First ,analysis of fluorescence detection mechanism of pesticide, adopting the light-emitting diode and a photoelectric device as the core to design the fluorescence detection system and using photomultiplier tube design microprocessor control system, System can rapid determination of food pesticide residues.

Abstract: In order to detect Lingwu long jujube quality, the electrical parameters of Lingwu long-Jujube picked and stored at room temperature were measured dynamically with parallel plate measuring instrument HIOKI 3532-50 LCR. The variation of quality indicators such as pulp firmness, brittleness, total soluble solid (TSS) and moisture during storage were tested and analyzed. Regression equations of quality and under five appropriate test frequencies were established. Among the five test frequencies, 3.16 kHz was determined as the characteristic frequency. The results showed there is a strong correlation between long-Jujube quality and under the characteristic frequency. The method could be used for the jujube fruit quality detection, and can be extended to other fruits quality detection also.

Abstract: For solving the problem which the performance of detection was reduced in the low signal to noise ratio (SNR) using Wigner-Ville Hough transform (WHT), the method of XWVD adaptive mean Ridgelet transform filtering (XWVD-M-FRIT) was proposed. In this method, due to the power distribution of signal is different from noise or reverberation in time-frequency domain, so designed adaptive axial mean filter, then using Ridgelet transform filtering to restrain noise or reverberation. At last, it is to detect the signal using Hough transform. The results of real and simulation experiments showed, compared with WHT, in the low SNR the new method is feasible to restrain noise or reverberation in time-frequency domain for improving the performance of signal detection. furthermore, the performance of varying implement of adaptive mean and Ridgelet transform filtering were compared.
