Abstract: The article researches on the development model of the National Public Information Sharing Platform for Transportation& Logistics (LOGINK), in which the author introduces the function orientation of the LOGINK. Based on the current development status of the platform, the article predicts the development trend in the future. Then, it analyzed the necessary of the transformation of the LOGINK’s development model. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the platform, this paper proposes that the development model should be changed from “Charity” to “Charity + Appreciation”. Lastly, the article gives a plan about the service model and profit model of the platform in the future.

Abstract: concurrent engineering product development from the beginning of the design requirements, it must consider the various factors in the product life cycle, to shorten product development cycle, improve product quality, reduce the green characteristics of product cost, product realization, enhancing the competition ability of the enterprise purpose. Because in the whole process of product lifecycle highly concurrent engineering station, effect that participants work together, reconstruction of product development process and using advanced design methods, contributes to the technical information, economic information, environmental information, energy and resource information and insurance information of organic integration of each stage in the life cycle of product green design, the realization of green products from a life-cycle perspective. Therefore, the concurrent engineering is the core of the design and development of green products.

Abstract: In response to the situation that social development was seriously lagging behind economic development, China began implementing national sustainable communities (CNSCs) from 1986. The goal is to achieve the simultaneous development of life, production and environment, and achieve the synchronous growth of economic effect, biologic effect and social effect. To date, China has built 120 national sustainable communities, involving regions of different development levels and development conditions in the east, center and west parts of China. Successful experiences are analyzed systematically, including updated development concept, technology-driven, scientific planning program, public participation and social promotion. Some key problems are encountered, such as uneven distribution of resources and the geographical conditions, and administrative region boundary segmentation which affect CNSCs development, complexity and accumulation of resources and environmental problems.

Abstract: The R&D Program of the Brazilian Electricity Sector has recently begun to encourage the newly developed technologies transference to market through R&D projects. However, the lack of adequate methodological references for project planning led the authors to propose a model to assist the energy utilities and research teams in the elaboration of R&D projects proposals for the electricity sector. In this context, this paper presents a case study of the Integrated Product Development Model Oriented for R&D Projects of the Brazilian Electricity Sector (MOR&D) application to elaborate a project of pioneer lot for a newly developed of a safety equipment with the incentives of the R&D Program, showing that, as in industry, a well-structured model may be the way to generate innovative projects and products, meeting completely the guidelines that all electric utilities are subject.

Abstract: Development of circular economy is a certain choice for economic sustainable development, to establish a circular eco-industrial park for comprehensive utilization of coal gangue in coal enterprise is a new exploration for circular economy. In order to make vast and efficient use of existing and newly increased coal gangue to resolve the serious environmental and ecological problems, the preparation of coal gangue glued stone was investigated. The glued stone products could be used for backfill material; In order to produce the coal gangue glued stone, we heated the coal gangue in the rotary kiln, and the flue gas waste heat could be recovered and used for thermal power generation, and the power is back to the circular eco-industrial park. The mining wastewater could be used for power generation, domestic water and production water after compound purification treatment. Associated effects and synergistic effects of the different industries that integrated and connected with each other could get the double wins between the economic development and the environmental protection.

Abstract: This paper, through a wide approach of Product Development Process (PDP) renowned methodologies, proposes a conceptual model to serve as a guide in the elaboration, management and implementation of research and development (R&D) projects classified by the R&D Program of Brazilian Electricity Sector which is regulated by the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL). Product development methodologies can be applied to narrow the relationship between academy and industry ensuring results directed to the product, with reduction of costs and development time better suited to the customers needs, fulfilling integrally, at the same time, the Innovation Chain proposed by ANEEL R&D Program in the achievement of new technologies for the electricity sector.

Abstract: Semantic Web application is the application of semantic Web technology, of which the data containing semantic, thus is able to support the knowledge understanding and the knowledge processing. It can share information and refine information dynamically through the Internet access, which makes more full use of the existing Web resource on the Internet. In this paper, the definitions of semantic Web application as well as the structure and properties are formulated. A semantic Web development model is constructed with reference to the Web application development model.

Abstract: Research on intelligent agriculture in our country has attracted great attention of the researchers now, but it is still under discovery. According to tropical agriculture in Hainan to IT's demand, the paper studies the key technology in the development of tropical intelligent agriculture, including automatic test technology, automatic control technology, Internet of Things and so on. This paper analyzes factors that affect tropical intelligent agricultures development, which include agricultural program, agricultural policies and regulations, agricultural technology situation, infrastructure construction, field management and other factors. The thesis builds a model between the development of tropical intelligent agriculture and its affecting factors. A developmental idea of tropical intelligent agriculture in Hainan is proposed on the basis of the model. The thesis analyzes the construction of intelligent agriculture control system in Hainan from the angles of data acquisition, data transfer, data analysis and data feed.
