Abstract: Over the past two decades, numerous research efforts have been aimed at developing efficient transmissions, in particular automotive ones, which can significantly reduce energy consumption and improve the dynamic properties of the car. The driving performance of a vehicle is one of the most important qualities that ensures comfortable movement of the passenger, which also affects traffic safety. One way to achieve this goal is to use transmissions that provide continuously variable control. gear ratio. The Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) provides continuous shifting, changing the ratio between the input and output shafts within the desired range, which consequently improves fuel economy and vehicle performance by better matching engine operating conditions to changing road conditions. This article discusses the possibility of using composite transmissions - gear differential mechanisms closed by (CVT). Various schemes of composite transmissions are given. The conditions under which the transmission ratio of the entire transmission must be changed by changing the transmission ratio (CVT) included in the combined transmission have been studied.

Abstract: Multi-objective optimization technology and Fuzzy theory were applied to design truck differential based on consideration on its force condition. The mathematical model for the multi-objective optimization design was set up under the objective of the minimum volume of the differential, maximal strength of planet gear, with the design variable of planet gear teeth number Z1, axle shaft gear teeth number Z2, section modulus ms and working width b. Then, the fuzzy solution of multi-objective optimization were use to solve the model. Practical example of calculation shows that, the fuzzy optimization result is superior to that of regular optimization and traditional design, differential volume deceased by 32.73% and 1.92% respectively. Comparing with nominal design, the load of planet gear increases 17%, but is far below its permissible value, and also reduced by 9.04% than that of regular optimization.

Abstract: To improve the sensor's output voltage sensitivity, two cymbals piezoelectric transducer are employed as the sensitive elements to form a differential cymbal piezoelectric vibration acceleration sensor. The structural features of the sensor are analyzed, second-order system mathematical model is established and the output voltage sensitivity of the sensor is also studied. The experimental results show that output voltage sensitivity of differential cymbals piezoelectric vibration acceleration sensor is two times of that of the sensor with single cymbal transducer. The experimental data agrees well with the theoretical analysis result.

Abstract: The block cipher New Structure II was designed at eprint 2011, it could be treated as a generalized Feistel structure. By checking the property of the linear permutation, we find a full round differential in New Structure II with probability 1. Since this differential can not distinguish the correct unknown key from the wrong keys, we fail in launching a key-recovery attack on this structure. However, we may guess 1/4 part of the plaintext without calculating the key. And we notice this weakness may cause insecurity in some special environments.

Abstract: The modern design theory and method of the differential case is discussed in this paper. The various factors affecting on the reliability of differential case are analyzed. The influences of these factors on the reliability of differential case are found to be a nonlinear relationship. The reliability calculation model of differential case is established on the basis of the theory of fuzzy-neural network. After the model was established, samples are used to train the network to determine the weight and threshold in the model. After using the sample parameters to train the network model, and then using the sample parameters to test the network, the results need to meet the requirements. The reliability of differential case of an electric car is calculated. The result shows that the model is correct and effective. Key Words: model; differential; reliability; fuzzy neural network

Abstract: The paper analyzes a variety of reasons differential fault automobile differential and establishes the corresponding fault tree by using Fault Tree Analysis of reliability theory. The failure spectrum of automobile differential is constructed through qualitative analysis of the fault tree. Meanwhile the study gives the theoretical methods about the solving of top event’s probability and bottom event’s importance for design, fault diagnosis and repair of automobile differential.

Abstract: Based on UG and Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System (ADAMS), the 3D model of differential was constructed and the real-time dynamic simulation of differential was achieved. The effects of gear backlash between half axle gears and planetary gears on the vibration of differential are studied. To increase the credibility of simulation results , the contact forces between half axle gears and planetary gears were calculated based on the Hertz elasticity impact theory.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of bat algorithm including low convergence accuracy, slow convergence velocity and easily falling into local optimization, this paper presents an improved bat algorithm based on differential evolution algorithm. The mutation, crossover and selection mechanism of differential evolution algorithm is introduced into bat algorithm, the bat algorithm lack of mutation mechanism has the variation mechanism, so as to enhance the diversity of bat algorithm, the population can avoid falling into local optimum, which enhances the ability of global optimization for bat algorithm. The Simulation results of three standard benchmark functions show that the improved algorithm can greatly improve the convergence precision, convergence speed and robustness, and can effectively discourage the premature convergence.

Abstract: In this paper, the overall requirements for the design of the drive bridge is analysed, the programme of the structure on the drive axle assembly and component parts is studied. The overall design and programme design on the drive axle assembly is finished; the basic structure of the double reduction final drive and the middle tandem axle is ensured which refers to the structure of the reference model CA1092; The basic components on the drive axle assembly are designed. The calculation of their basic geometric parameters is finished, and the strength of the parts which have greater impact on the overall strength is checked; and the remaining components are designed briefly. The paper gave a briefing on the characteristics of Solidworks 2008 software and virtual assembly technology. Introduces three-dimensional maps of parts which are draw by SolidWorks software and describes drive axle assembly by the form of diagrams.
