Abstract: This paper described the nature of disruptive diversification strategy which is based on the disruptive innovation and analyzed the difference between the two modes of diversification strategy. Then this paper revealed the misunderstanding of the traditional diversification strategy in the new market selection and product features design. Thirdly, this paper analyzed and compared the synergy effects of the two kinds of diversification strategy and described the use for disruptive diversification strategy to improve the synergy effects and the performance level of diversification strategy. The results show that compared to the traditional market-oriented diversification strategy, disruptive diversification strategy can be better achieved the synergy effect in different business units and improves the performance level of diversification business.

Abstract: Consumer prices are strongly affected by consumer awareness, and the companies often retard the downtrend of consumer prices, caused by the improvement of consumer awareness, through technological innovation. Analyze the influence mechanism of sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation on the formation and evolution of consumer prices, from the perspective of technological innovation, and then compare the two different methods. Demonstrate the role of disruptive innovation to sustaining innovation on the consumer prices. In order to offer support for the enterprises with their consumer prices strategy’s generating and innovative models‘ choosing.

Abstract: Innovations in gas turbine engine design and materials are tracked from the earliest days of functional engines to the present. Materials and design are shown to be mutually interdependent, driving engine capability to unprecedented levels of performance with each succeeding product generation.
