Abstract: Submitted paper presents brief information about structural dissipative design of a power plant boiler structure. The main attention is paid to the selection of material solution. Several material combinations of materials for dissipative members and other structural elements have been evaluated. As a measure of material combination effectiveness has been chosen a ratio between structural stiffness of primary and secondary lateral load resisting system. Probabilistic analysis of the structural sub-section has been carried-out for the most common material combination with steel S235 used for seismic links. Probabilistic analysis has been performed for the evaluation of the risk of material hardening in links and probabilistic distribution of material properties.

Abstract: The model of metal solidification based on dissipative structure theory is established, which is reduced to threshold depending on the constitutional undercooling criterion, and trigger depending on volume fluctuation and temperature fluctuation. In accordance with the relation of volume fluctuation and temperature fluctuation, the transformation of solid-liquid interface is discussed in three cases.

Abstract: According to the theory of dissipative structure, the orders concept has been introduced to the field of the eco-industrial chains. Based on the study on the relationship between entropy and order-disorder of the eco-industrial chains, the measuring model of its order has been proposed, which has quantificationally investigated the order degree of eco-industrial chains.

Abstract: In low-carbon economy era, enterprise competitive is not only traditional competition in the labor market, but also is the competition in low-carbon productivity, low-carbon competitiveness will becoming the important indication for measure national and regional competition. This paper defines the definition of low-carbon competitiveness and the effect entropy factors. It proves process of enterprise low-carbon competitiveness starting from scratch combined the dissipative structure and enterprise low-carbon competitiveness, analysises how to develop enterprise low-carbon competitive in essence, puts forward effective fingerpost and a new view for enterprise to judge if the low-carbon competitiveness exist and make right decisions. Abstract: The self-organization of an atomic structure in Tb30Fe70 and Co50Pd50 films possessing of high values of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) constant (K⊥ ~ 106 erg/cm3) is investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The crystallization of the films is realized in an explosive way with formation of different dissipative structures from the initial nanocrystalline state. In present work the structural model of a thin film in mezzo-scale and the correlation of a structure with magnetic properties are discussed.
