Abstract: Based on the investigation data of Plumbum (Pb) in surface waters in Jiaozhou Bay in April, August and November 1981, this paper analyzed the content, distribution and source of Pb. Results showed that Pb contents in April, August and November ranged from 0.20-2.65 μg. L-1, 0.79-3.34 μg. L-1 and 0.00-3.00 μg. L-1, respectively, all of which were lower than Grade II (5.00 μg.L-1) in according to National Standard of China for Seawater Quality (GB3097-1997). Agricultural non-point source and urban point source were the major pollution source of Pb in spring (growing season) and autumn (dry season), respectively; while both point and non-point sources were responsible in summer (wet season).

Abstract: In order to improve the automation level for the control system of liquid fermentation of a company in Hubei province, and combine with the requirements of the company, a distributed control system of liquid fermentation is designed. The control system is composed of host computer based on WinCC, and the slave computer is S7-300 PLC of SIEMENS. The fermentation parameters, including rotation speed, temperature, pH, DO, O2, CO2, can be real-time online collected, and realize the frequency control of motor and precise control of temperature. The experiment result shows that the system runs stably and credibly, the parameters can be collected accurately and the temperature control accuracy has been achieved to be ±0.1°C.

Abstract: Pot experiments were carried out to study the effect of compost application amount on the distribution of copper in heavy metal contaminated soil. The results showed that the total Cu content reduced 11.54%, 11.60%, 22.02%, 25.27%, 7.08% and 3.65% after the amendment of 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 g/kg compost to soil with Brassica juncea, respectively. The amount of water-soluble fraction had no correlation with the compost application amount. However, compost amendment decreased the proportion of Cu in the exchangeable and residual fractions, and increased the percentage of Cu in the carbonate bound, Fe-Mn oxide bound and organic-bound Cu. Furthermore, though the mobility factor of Cu decreased slightly only from 16.64% to 16.27-16.52% due to the addition of compost, the addition of compost to soil can immobilize the heavy metal through bound to organic matter and therefore, lowered their mobility and their phytotoxicity.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, campus logistics industry has rapidly developed. At present, the university logistics has obtained certain achievements, but it also has many problems such as scope of distribution and distribution quality. In order to solve the above situation, we should make full use of campus resources, and establish campus logistics distribution center, to accelerate the process of logistics management for the construction of the campus, and to provide personalized service, logistics for the construction of the healthy and orderly campus environment.

Abstract: Based on the investigation data of Chromium (Cr) in Jiaozhou Bay waters in1981, this paper analyzed the content, distribution and sources of Cr in Jiaozhou Bay. Results showed that the contents of Cr were lower than 50.00 μg.L-1 in the full year, as reached Grade I in according to National Standard of China for Seawater Quality (GB3097-1997). Stream discharge from the major rivers was the unique pollution source for Cr. Cr contents in estuaries and offshore areas ranged from 0.48-32.32 μg.L-1 and 0.18-1.85μg.L-1, respectively.

Abstract: Jiaozhou Bay is located in the south of Shandong province, and is around by economic developed cities such as Qingdao, Jiaozhou and Jiaonan etc. Previous studies showed that this bay had been polluted by mercury ( Hg) in certain level. This paper is a summary of previous studies, in order to reveal the transfer process of Hg, including 1) the variation of Hg content, 2) the pollution sources of Hg, 3) land transfer process of Hg, 4) aquatic transfer process of Hg, and 5) settling process of Hg. The results of this paper were meaningful to the control of Hg pollution.

Abstract: Based on the investigation data of petroleum hydrocarbon (PHC) in waters in Jiaozhou bay on April, August and November 1981, this paper analyzed the distribution and changing of PHC content in surface and bottom waters. Results showed that pollution levels of PHC ranged from Grade II, Grade III, Grade IV and worse than Grade IV during year. PHC content was relatively high in near shore waters especially in river mouth waters, while was relatively low in bay mouth, bay center and outer bay. It could be concluded that, in addition to marine exploitation activities, rivers were important pollution sources of PHC.

Abstract: The effect of doping different content of Mn into ammonium paratungstate (APT) on the production of tungsten products was studied systematically. The calcination of APT, reduction of WO3 and carbonization of W were studied in sequence. The phase composition, powder morphology, existence form and distribution of Mn were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, respectively. The results showed that Mn converted from MnCl2 to Mn2+WO4 during reduction process. And then Mn2+WO4 converted to Mn5C2 in the process of carbonization. Besides, Mn finally existed as the form of (Mn, W) C solid solution and Mn5C2. The distribution of Mn was always in the low contrast areas.

Abstract: Cloud computing needs to manage a large number of computing resources, while resources scheduling strategy plays a key role in determining the efficiency of cloud computing. evolutionary algorithms (EA) as appropriate tools to optimize multi-objective problems have been applied to optimize Resources Scheduling of cloud computing ,However, studies on improving the convergence ratio and processing time in the most applied algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) in Resources Scheduling domains remain poorly understood. the resource schedule algorithmbased on Artificial Fish Swarm Optimization(AFSA) for Cloud Computing Environment has been designed and implemented after the study on the resource schedule of Cloud Computing. The main idea of improved AFSA is to extend Fish Swarm Optimization to the interacting swarms model by cooperative Models . The improved AFSA probability analysis indicates that searching solution is much more efficient and speeds up the multi-swarm to converge to the global optimum. Finally, the result of the experiment indicates that the scheduling system can improve the efficiency of dispatching resource and the utilization ratio in the Cloud Computing system.

Abstract: The energy-saving industry is an important part of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry, which is one of seven strategic emerging industries in China. By analyzing the distribution of patented technologies of the energy-saving industry in China, the following conclusions can be drawn: the energy-saving industry is not yet mature, with the competition in industrial technology fiercer; the distributions of patented technologies is unbalanced, of which innovation activities in the technological field of the environmentally air-conditioning and heat pump is more active; Japan, Korea and other countries’ multinational companies are more prominent in the development of energy-saving industry in China; the domestic technological innovation is dominant in quantity, while some core technologies are still powerful controlled by foreign patentees.
