Abstract: This paper introduces the application of orderly arranged diamond bit and the technology of realizing diamond orderly arrangement in bit. Two kinds of conventional bits and one bit with diamond orderly arrangement were used in the test to drill reinforced concrete. By experimental results: under the same conditions (same matrix, same diamond grade and concentration), the drilling speed of orderly arranged diamond bit is increased by 13.1%, the life is increased by 11.5%, compared with the conventional diamond bit. The drilling speed of orderly arranged diamond bit is increased by 15.8%, the life is increased by 8.9%, compared with the conventional bit which the matrix is same but the diamond concentration is 5% higher. On the basis of saving diamond and reducing cost of bit, orderly arrangement can still improve the efficiency and life of drill bit, it embodies the superiority of diamond bit with diamond orderly arrangement.

Abstract: In the view of the complex influence factor, simplified research method and structural or partial structural application model a drilling parameter selection optimization method based on case-based reasoning is provided in this paper. The goal of the research is to build up a drilling parameter selection optimization method which has great applicability. Based on the field drilling data and parameters a case base is built up. Afterward data discovery is used to deal with the case selection problem and select case from case base. Combining with field situation, drilling parameters selection is optimized and drilling speed could be predicted.

Abstract: Construction quality is one of the main reasons which lead to the failure of cement deep mixing pile. In order to ensure the construction quality of cement deep mixing pile and control its construction process, the influence of four construction parameters such as slurry conveying capacity, drilling and hoisting speed, agitation shaft rotation speed and remixing times on pile quality are analyzed. At last key reasons to ensure the construction quality of cement deep mixing pile are pointed out. Pile quality and construction efficiency should be considered when construction parameters being optimized. The research results provide reference for construction of cement deep mixing piles in the future.

Abstract: In the low-pressure pulse and cavitation jet compound drilling technology, pulse low-pressure and cavitation jet generator is installed on bit, water jet modulated by generator can generate pulse low-pressure, which will alternate rock mechanics, decrease rock breaking strength, increase rock-breaking efficiency. And cavitation jet generated can increase hydraulic power downhole. The results show that low-pressure pulse and cavitation jet generator has been run well from 5349m to 6162m for 129.36h-136.63h in TK1090 well, increasing drilling speed 40.6%~85.1%. The low-pressure pulse and cavitation jet compound drilling technology can increase drill speed and be deployment in deep well drilling.
