Monorail friction drive device is given in the stress analysis of different cross section.According to the result of the figure analyzes the stress of different locations will effect the performance of the drive.Provides a theoretical reference For optimizing the structure of improving driving devices and improving the performance of drive device.

Abstract: According to the requirements of sealing a deepwater motor on an underwater device, the overall structure of the magnetic-driven sealer is designed, and its magnetic structure is determined in this paper. The arrangement of magnet is researched and determined, a reasonable aspect ratio of the magnetic circuit is chosen as well. The problem of reasonable matching between thickness of permanent magnet and the arc of active surface of magnetic pole is analyzed, and the operating point of permanent magnetic materials is determined. The torque of magnetic circuit is calculated, the power matching and correction are studied, and the design and calculations of the torque of magnetic-driven sealer are completed, and the dimension of the overall structure is designed. Permanent magnetic materials, soft magnetic materials, yoke steel material and the materials of isolated sets are analyzed, respectively, and at last reasonable materials are chosen. Moreover, the design of isolated sets is accomplished, and the loss of eddy current and the hydraulic friction, existing on magnetic-driven sealer, are analyzed and calculated. Based on the calculation of analytical method and by using software of ANSYS, the magnetic circuit of magnetic-driven sealer is simulated and analyzed. The magnetic field distribution of model is analyzed when the angle difference, the number of the magnetic poles or thickness of yoke steel is changed, respectively. In conclusion, the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical calculation.

Abstract: according to the requirement of designing the magnetic sealing drive, the magnetic sealing drive torque design and calculation is completed. It is also analyzed the magnetic circuit and the whole structure of the drive. The matching problem of magnet thickness and arc length of magnetic pole surface is analyzed. The research also includes the method to calculate torque of combination of push pull magnetic circuit and method of its power matching calculation and correction. The magnetic sealing drive is tested and the results show that the design of the magnetic sealing drive complies with the design requirements.

Abstract: this paper describes a method of LIN master node design for a car body control system. The method based on LIN 2.1 protocol, and giving a specific process respectively on hardware and software. It expounds the implementation of LIN drive from data link layer and application layer, and describing how to realize the data link layer based on state machine. Then it introduces the communication management and signal accessing. Finally it uses hardware and Emulin to design a test. Through this test, the LIN master drive is verified in accordance with LIN 2.1 protocol.

Abstract: Mankind is capable of cognizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time. Driving is the task in which the continual combination and alternation of various basic tasks is involved. And, a number of the foresaid basic tasks need to be handled and completed simultaneously; therefore, the research looking into the parallel behavior of drivers is needed. Parallel driving has the attributes, relevance and exclusiveness, that leads to different representations according to various danger classes. In this article, the parallel driving model is put forward, and an experiment is developed to test the performance of the drivers. Through the experiments, validity of the model is verified.

Abstract: This paper introduce a power regulator controlled technology using bridge type inverter, and apply it to the design of electromagnetic heating furnace. The main circuit, principle, control scheme and how to design of the heating furnace are described. The heating furnace proved to be low cost, low weight, low volume, high efficience of output. Abstract: A novel design to biochip microarray instrument is use of linear motors, in preference to conventional rotary motors driving ball screw. Three ironless core linear servo motors direct drive the X, Y and Z-axis motion, Improve performance such as superior positioning accuracy, high-speed operation and increased efficiency. The whole configuration for new microarray printing instrument is designed. Furthermore, the structure of special linear motors is also designed detailedly. And the linear servo motor automation control technology is introduced in this paper.

Abstract: The current mechanical engineering applications require the use of increasingly larger share precision reducers and special mechatronics units with a high degree of integration. High precision gearboxes is used for such applications with low backlash and high torsional stiffness (harmonic, cycloidal or planetary). Abstract: The drive of the transport machine in extreme conditions should provide high reliability and durability. For this purpose the tooth gearing should have constant gearing of cogwheels. In a number of patents transmission in the form of the hydraulic converter and not switched tooth gearing is presented. However the hydraulic converter considerably complicates transfer and reduces its reliability. Transmission of extreme transport technique should have a simple design and control and to meet extreme requirements. It is expedient to use not switched adaptive tooth gearing based on a phenomenon of mechanical power adaptation. The present work is devoted working out and a theoretical substantiation of effective adaptive transmission for the transport technique working in extreme conditions.
