Abstract: The article presents statistical research results concerning the application of ICT in Polish enterprises in years 2010 – 2014. Particular attention was paid to the number of enterprises (according to size classes) which use computers and Internet access in their business activity. Moreover, the Author discusses the types of Internet connections which are most frequently applied in Polish enterprises including the percentage of mobile access. Furthermore, the paper presents the degree to which such services as EDI, e-government, cloud computing as well as ERP and CRM systems are used by Polish enterprises to exchange information outside and inside them. It also compares the number of enterprises which purchased information and telecommunication equipment and the height of those expenses. The study ends with the comparison of the use of ICT in Polish and EU enterprises.

Abstract: With the thorough development and utilization of electronic government information resources, some phenomena are presented, such as: a large amount of data and data concentration, insufficient sharing of information resources and unsafe data exchange and so on. The construction and operation of traditional e-government data management can't meet those needs. Cloud computing is mainly aimed at intensive work load of mass data. It can allocate resources dynamically and adjust the load. This paper mainly deals with how to use cloud computing model to reduce the cost and risk of information sharing in e-government data management, so as to improve the operational efficiency of e-government data management.

Abstract: With the rapid development of network technology, information technology has become a trend. However, our country’s government information technology still needs to improve as quickly as possible. The key to promote the construction of government information is to establish e-government information resource sharing system. Therefore, how to achieve e-government information resources sharing becomes a research focus. In the construction of e-government information resources sharing system, cloud computing playing a role cannot be ignored. In the paper, it will research and analysis how to construct e-government information resources sharing system.

Abstract: E-government is a new approach for technology management and governance, with the advantage of optimizing workflow, improving government efficiency and promoting openness and transparency of government operations and so on, which is helpful for establishing a service-oriented government. It is widely used in developed countries; however, the construction of domestic E-government faces some problems, such as, talent shortage, insufficient fund, unclear understanding and lacking of information sharing. In order to better promote the construction of E-government, we need to strengthen the awareness of information services, broaden the multi-channel investment, strengthen specialized personals’ training and focus on integration of information resources.

Abstract: The benefits of e-government depend on the number of citizens who take advantage of them. The purpose of this research study was to determine barriers to e-government use as perceived by citizens at the municipal level in China , The findings of this study show that, government leaders should work on increasing Internet access, usability of their e-government applications, trust in the Internet, and trust in the perceived capability of their agencies to conduct online transactions securely.

Abstract: Big Data is a new concept of computer in the field of e-government, therefore knowledge and content of Big data needs to be deeply explored. In the era of big data, e-government will face enormous challenges and tests, to handle complex data will also become the main theme of the big data era of e-government development. Through the analysis of Big data processing mode, and on this basis, the effect of the era of big data in e-government development, through effective path to big data mode to the development of e-government.

Abstract: Mobile e-government can help government provide citizens with a more convenient and efficient service. It is the inevitable trend of future development. However, due to the particularity of the mobile terminal itself, security threats they face are more complex with a higher risk. If security issues are not dealt with, it will cause the entire e-government security, and even affect the image of the government and national security. This paper firstly analyzes the main threats faced by the mobile terminal, then elaborates e-government mobile terminal security policies from prevention technology, safety management and personnel to reduce security risks, so that mobile government can play a more active role.

Abstract: This paper describes an adaptive interface design that is suitable for process management system which is an important component of e-government. Bayesian network model is adopted for updating the layout of modules on the interface based on the user's operating data. Not only the number of modules will change, the positions of the modules can also update according to the calculation results. The experiment is conducted on a real college scientific research management system. Response time and click rates are used for evaluating the effectiveness of the algorithm, and the result shows that the value of these indicators declines obviously. Therefore, the method is proved to work.
