Abstract: EPC process, based on the casting structure, technical requirements, production volume, production conditions determines the casting solution, process planning. In this paper, the author from three aspects , the analysis of die casting process design principles, design principles and infiltration technology, makes a deeper understanding on the EPC process, and put forward some standards and requirements of the EPC process technology, which avoid the casting defects and waste caused by technical factors.

Abstract: Based on the theory of project management and human resources, combining with the practical construction situations in China, using theoretical analysis and comparative analysis, four important characteristics are extracted in engineering project using EPC mode, that is, mobility, duality, commodity & humanity and collaboration. Furthermore, the origins and implications of above characteristics in depth are analyzed, and some management methods are presented with the guidance in connection with them in theory.

Abstract: The Internet of Things system of enterprise is formed by RFID recognition system, middleware system and Internet system. The development of Internet of Things make the structure of logistics service horizontal and vertical flow changed; the Internet of Things technology application promote the logistics business system reconstruction, and also the business layer redesign condition; Aim at traditional logistics business processes, proposed warehousing, distribution, transport business process optimization and reengineering design based on Internet of Things technologies.

Abstract: This paper describes the current status of our EPC projects in China, noting metallurgical EPC projects as complex process, long construction period, the use of fixed-price contracts, and other features make it faces huge cost risk, so it is necessary to conduct a cost risk management, while the metallurgical EPC project risk identification is the basis for subsequent risk management. Then, the specific metallurgical EPC project for the case describe in detail the methodology and process of cost risk identification, and ultimately the formation of risk breakdown structure table.

Abstract: This research focuses on the risk management of the international EPC project of Congo (Brazzaville) State Highway 1. By grading the importance and the probability of risk factors occurring, the impact of risk factors can be found and the corresponding measures can be come up with. It provides reference to the similar international EPC project risk management, and promote the competence of Chinese construction enterprises in risk management and theoretical application.

Abstract: t has been common that more and more international projects are contracted using EPC mode, which brings higher requirements of risk management for Chinese engineering companies. Through literature research and expert interview, this paper systematically recognizes and classifies risk factors that may occurred in international EPC projects. Then, by applying AHP method, the weights of all risk factors are achieved. Furthermore, all risk factors are divided into three levels for the convenience of enterprise risk management. Hopefully, this research can be good reference as guidance for decision-making in the preliminary stage of international EPC projects.

Abstract: The general contractors and owners face more risk in the EPC contract. But the people are usually used in international projects, and it has been applied in Chinese, the use of engineering insurance risk transfer, so choose the right insurance coverage critical to the promotion of the EPC contract. This paper by engineering insurance insuring the two modes: We analysis with the owners insured mode and contractors insured mode, that the contractor insured model is more suitable for the EPC contract, control more effective risk, and eventually reach the owners and contractors a common profits.

Abstract: In the TD-LTE system, RRC (Radio Resource Control) layer plays a very important role as the control center in the whole higher layer protocol. This paper introduces the function of RRC layer and mainly focuses on the RRC layer connection reconfiguration. This paper also illustrates design of function, signaling process and uses the third party terminal and tracking software to calculate the corresponding diagram in the domain of log, which checks the implementation of RRC layer connection and reconfiguration.

Abstract: Savant middleware is a key component of EPC system, it connects EPC tags readers and applications of the enterprise. Savant system's efficiency and robustness, largely determines the EPC system's efficiency and stability. The design of the Savant system is the key of success of EPC system. It is not easy to design Savant system, for there is no mature tool. That hinders the development of Interact of things. The paper studies the design of a Savant subsystem of EPC based on Agent, the Architecture of Savant system based on MAS. The paper implements on Intelligence characteristics of Savant and designs a prototype of Savant system based on JADE platform. The paper maybe point out a new way to construct Savant system and improve the wisdom of EPC system service ability through the Implementation of intelligent characteristics of Savant.

Abstract: With more and more emerging contractors from developing economies struggling to enter the global market eagerly pursuing new jobs, both incumbent and new entrants have to confront a fierce market competition and suffer from a declining bargaining power when dealing with the owner. FIDIC contract conditions, although originally formulated to provide a relatively fair baseline in construction transaction setting are then often modified in favor of the owner in practice. This study identified and classified modifications in the turnkey contract of the Hai Phong Power Plant II project located in Hai Phong, Vietnam and assessed these modification categories in terms of frequency and risk allocation. The case study provided evidence and lessons-learned in association with contract modification and redesign regarding the widely applied FIDIC Silver Book conditions for academics, practitioners and professional associations involved in international construction business.
