Abstract: The article deals with the influence of crystallization additives on the life of self-compacting concrete (so-called SCC concrete), which are exposed to chemically aggressive environments. The focus is not only on the effect of the crystallization additive on the characteristics of the capillary-pore structure of SCC concrete, but especially long life durability of self-compacting concrete (two years expozition). The effect of individual types of aggressive environment is assessed on the basis of a set of physico-mechanical and physico-chemical analyzes.

Abstract: In this paper, it is analyzed the effect of shocks on the kinematical parameters, linear and angular courses and accelerations, of shaping-mechanism at the function with shocks. In this scope, with experimentally recorded data it is plotted the diagram of variation (in time) of mentioned parameters obtained for the different regimes of processing for the component elements of the shaping mechanism in the case of function with shocks. It is made a comparative analysis of the laws of variation for kinematical parameters obtained for the different regimes with shocks in the conditions imposed, resulting, finally, the effect of shocks.

Abstract: Based on classical elasticity theory, the effects of surface stresses on the nanosized contact problem in an elastic half-plane which contains a nanocylindrical hole are analyzed. Meanwhile, the effects of surface energy of the contact nanosized surface are considered. The complex variable function method is applied to derive the fundamental solution of the contact problem. As example, the deformation induced by a distributed traction of cosine function on the nanosized surface is analyzed in detail. The results tell some interesting characteristics in contact mechanics, which are different from those in classical elasticity theory.

Abstract: A study of the effect of material gradient on the performance of a functionally graded endodontic prefabricated parallel post (FGEPPP) is the main goal of the current study. Elastic modulus (E) of FGEPPP is considered to vary continuously from lower to upper surfaces. This variation is performed according the volume fraction. Based on a modified sigmoid function, the volume fraction will be defined in the present work. The primary goal of the current investigation is to analyze the difference between the performance of a homogeneous endodontic prefabricated parallel post (EPPP) and a FGEPPP through finite element analysis (FEA). In the current investigation, von Mises stress, and shear stress in FGEPPP case with a modified sigmoid function and in homogeneous EPPP case are carried out. After that, the effect of material gradient on the performance of an EPPP made of FGM was carried out through FEA in the current investigation. The simulation cases shown that, the maximum values of von Mises stress, and shear stress increase when increasing the value of “D”, and decrease when increasing the value of “w”.

Abstract: Heavy metal zinc is one of the trace elements necessary to the growth of vegetable, but Zn excessiveness also could cause damage. In this research, four vegetables were planted by soil culture method under different Zn2+ concentration controlled by the exogenous Zn2+ addition; their growth characteristics were analyzed to find the sensitive growth indexes to Zn and compare their tolerance to Zn pollution. Results show that: low concentration of Zn2+ (< 100 mg/kg) can promote significantly the plant height and the root length growth of all the four vegetables, while, as the exogenous Zn2+ increased to the concentration of 150 mg/ kg, the number of leaves, the above-ground dry biomass and the underground dry biomass were suppressed significantly; in this experiment, the four vegetables appeared different sensitivity to Zn stress, Lactuca sativa var. longifoliaf appeared highest tolerance and Brassica chinensis appeared less sensitivity to Zn stress.

Abstract: This paper made an empirical analysis on the board of supervisors system implementation effect of building materials in SMEs . The author discovered that there was no obvious linear relation between board of supervisors characteristic and the connected sale;The board of supervisors scale and the stock supervisor proportion had no remarkable influence to the connected scales; But the board of supervisors conference number every year had remarkable positive correlation with the connected procurement. The real diagnosis results had reflected that our board of supervisors was invalid to some extent in China.

Abstract: Using multiple regressions and large sample, this study finds evidence that firms with a high proportion of institutional investors tends toward influence managers to select efficient earnings management and restrain aggressive earnings management. This may result in firms health development and stock returns increase, which not only maintain institutional investors own interests, but also maintain the rights of the other small shareholders. This evidence is not consistent with any prior views of institutional investors role. This may shed a new light on this reach area and have realistic meaning and practice value.

Abstract: Based on methods of the fuel consumption, statistical and analogy analysis, the throughput amount method was established to calculate the emissions from port handling, and the minimum mileage method was established to estimate emissions from port cargo highway distributing. In the methods, some coefficients were used obtained by investigations: the current container handling emission factors of NOx, VOCs, CO, PM2.5 and SOx are 1.64, 0.21, 0.42, 0.01 and 0.29 t/TEU; the energy consumption of the unit throughput is 4.12 tons of standard coal per 104 tons; the ratios of the unit non container cargoe handling energy consumption for coastal and inland river ports to those of container cargo are 0.631 and 0.405; the ratio of the unit non container cargoe highway distributing energy consumption to those of container cargo is 0.365. The calculation results show that the total emissions from the cargo handling and highway distributing of 2013 in China for NOx, VOCs, CO, PM2.5 and SOx are 54.365, 14.821, 24.631, 5.599 and 16.802 104 tons, and the emissions from highway distributing are 4.21, 10.02, 8.24, 8.22 and 8.19 times of the emissions from port handling facilities. According to energy saving and emission reduction measures, formulas were established to calculate air pollutant emissions after the new added measures. Analyzing the real performance of the measures implemented since 2001 and predicting its trend of development, a scenario was designed, in which the Chinese port throughput continuously rises while the energy saving and emission reduction efforts gradually increase by 2020: the popularities of the energy saving measure of "oil changing to electricity" and the clean fuel measure of "oil changing to gas" reach 100% and 83%; the proportion of power plants with 95% desulfurization and denitrification reaches 100%; the energy saving and emission reduction efficiency of port cargo distributing optimization measures reaches 40%. Under this scenario, the prediction shows that during the port throughput increasing approximately 4.2 times from 2005 to 2020, the air pollutant emissions will be reduced significantly, returning to a lower level compared with 2005. The above methods and results can be used to support the decision-making and the implementation of emission reduction measures for the national, regional and port enterprises.

Abstract: This work regards the three main soil types in local area of eastern China as the research objects, that is, cinnamon, fluvo-aquic and brown soils are conducted corresponding investigations. In order to analyze the effects which Cu and Zn exert on urease’s and catalase’s activity as well as the microbial biomass carbon, the exogenous Cu and Zn were added to the gathered surface soil with the depth of 0-20cm.
