Abstract: With the continuous development of milling machine, the normal milling machine was not suitable with modern processing. In order to adapt to the requirements of modern production process and quality, the electrical control system of milling machine need be improved. The electrical control system and circuit of X62W milling machine is analyzed and designed. The PLC program is compiled. All of it is proved to be reasonably and feasibly based on the experimental results.

Abstract: This paper is to present a fault diagnosis method for electrical control system of automobile based on support vector machine. We collect the common fault states of electrical control system of automobile to analyze the fault diagnosis ability of electrical control system of automobile based on support vector machine. It can be seen that the accuracy of fault diagnosis for electrical control system of automobile by support vector machine is 92.31%; and the accuracy of fault diagnosis for electrical control system of automobile by BP neural network is 80.77%. The experimental results show that the accuracy of fault diagnosis for electrical control system of automobile of support vector machine is higher than that of BP neural network.

Abstract: Through the analysis of technical performance indicators of the gear teaching simulator, main technical indexes and design goals of electric control system are proposed; Scheme of electrical control system is analyzed; Control systems, controlled variables, operating variables and detection devices are selected. For the realization of electric control system design of the gear teaching simulator, improving the performance of the gear teaching simulator, it has an important guiding significance.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of electric traction shearer control device based on the STM32. This kind of device is constituted by three different function modules and some peripheral modules. The different modules are interconnected through RS-485 and CAN bus. According to this paper,we make a detailed description about the structure and hardware of the shearer electrical control system, and expound the characteristics of RS-485 and CAN network communication. This electric control system can highly improve the stability and safety of the shearer.

Abstract: Focus on the disadvantages such as complicated circuit , poor reliability, difficulty troubleshooting and etc of the traditional relay-contactor control system of Z3040 radial drilling machine, the PLC control system design plan was proposed, the hardware and software design of electrical control system included the PLC selection, the I/O terminal assignments, the I/O hardware wiring diagram drawing as well as the PLC ladder program design was completed in this thesis based on control theory analysis of radial drilling machine.

Abstract: This article describes one of production lines of automatic control in ore production, which consists of feeding, crushing and conveying equipments and so on. It elaborates the composition and process of the entire system. According to control requirements in this system, electrical control system is designed, which chooses PLC as the core component of it, including hardware circuit and software programming. Furthermore, some anti-interference measures are taken in order to improve the reliability of the system.

Abstract: In this paper the structural characteristics of TG200 bridge machine was introduced, the overall design scheme of control system was determined and the electrical control system, which was mainly made up of PLC, inverter, remote controller and human-machine interface, was designed. Industrial test proved that the control system is stable and easy to operate, and that it can provide an important safeguard for the long-term safe operation of the bridge machine.
