Abstract: The development and characteristics of Steer-By-Wire is introduced and the design of Steer-By-Wire in articulated wheel loader is fully discussed in this paper. The whole system takes advantage of proportional decompression valve to control the motion of preferential flow amplifier valve, and further to achieve steering by controlling steering cylinder. Whats more, this paper has also elaborated on a design of new-type steering angle detection devices of vehicle frame, which aims at more accurate corner detection and is also a breakthrough in steering system of wheel loader.

Abstract: A method which utilizes the power bond graph to establish the flexible hose model is described in this work. By using this method, the paper establishes mathematical modeling for the location of electro-hydraulic proportional control system with the flexible hose. And then, this article completes dynamic simulation by MATLAB and analyses the results of simulation. The effect of the flexible hose parameters on dynamics characteristics of the hydraulic system is also studied.

Abstract: This article introduces the design features of original loading mode of MPS coal mill and proposes that using technology of electro-hydraulic proportional to improve the loading mode. The original loading mode exists many defects. The improvement combines the hydraulic loading system with electronic technology so that the deficiencies of original system are solved and the automatic degree of coal mill loading mode is improved.

Abstract: Electro-hydraulic proportional closed control system is designed which fully integrated electrical and hydraulic advantages of both. The dynamic mathematic model of the hydraulic system is built and the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed accurately. The advanced PID controller is adopted to correct the system, and have improved the dynamic quality of the system. In this paper, the hydraulic system is simulated on the basis of the Simulink and DSHplus professional hydraulic simulation software and the results of simulation prove that the qualities of the system can satisfy with the requirement much better.
