Abstract: In the digital and information times, the use of computer networks and related technology to the production of our work has brought great changes. This article describes the use of computer networks and graphics processing technology, automatic identification technology, database management technology to manage and archive the plot combine to increase productivity of case.

Abstract: Nowadays, many digital archive systems have been developed to facilitate archive operations such as archive query and archive update. However, for many enterprises traditional archive management methods are still utilized, and paper files are the most important materials for archives. To cope with this problem, we present an enterprise-wide digital archive management system infrastructure in this paper. Based on this infrastructure, an archive query management is developed. Through the infrastructure and the query management, it can be expected that more production efficiency can be achieved.

Abstract: In this paper, in accordance with the current difficulties in the document and data exchange between different departments of an enterprise, the authors carry on analysis on the identity authentication and authorization problems in the document transmission system at the present time, and design a scheme for the electronic document exchange platform which is based on the cryptography algorithm of identity, and finally put forward an electronic document safe exchange platform based on the identity, which provides a security guarantee for the implementation of the free flow and conversion of the electronic documents among different intranets. In addition, the identity authentication and authorization access control with safety and higher reliability can be realized for the electronic documents transmission system in the applications of network as well.

Abstract: Collaborative design is a new method that grows up with the development of the computer technology, network technology, database technology and artificial intelligence technology in recent years. According to the practical requirements of the collaborative design, key points of architecture, version management and electronic countersignature of collaborative design is studied. Besides, based on the theoretical study, a prototype system of electronic document management oriented collaborative design is developed. The operated results of the system verify the correctness of theoretical research and technical feasibility.

Abstract: According to the practical requirements of collaboration and document management in enterprises, the paper presents the methods of products of electronic document management, automation and networking to ensure product data integrity, unity, sharing and security, and does the research on key points of architecture, version management and electronic countersignature of collaborative design oriented document management. Besides, based on the theoretical study, a prototype system of collaborative design oriented electronic document management is developed. The operated results of the system verify the correctness of theoretical research and technical feasibility.

Abstract: By analyzing the structure of PDF files as well as the characteristics of CORBA technology and taking the information dump from PDF files to SQL Server as an example, the paper illustrates the achievement of integrated system of E-book resources. The paper shows the system framework and process design. With a view to the integration of electronic resources, this paper can play a reference role to the integration of E-books resources.
