Abstract: The conducted research describes the design of production lines with pneumatic, partly pneumatic, electrical and other types of control implementation and analyses two control system cases. The first one of emergency breaking and design of an additional control system for emergency regulation of the production line is based on a direct regulation principle. The second case of the factory comprises a number of wood briquette automated production lines and is based on the application of control networks for industrial process control and alarming. The paper discusses advantages and disadvantages of control approaches.

Abstract: The embedded remote monitoring system is based on embedded technology, video coding technology and network transmission technology as the core of the new video surveillance system, it in real-time monitoring system, network, miniaturization, etc than traditional remote monitoring system has outstanding advantages. The embedded server is responsible for the data from field devices and video images, and real-time and reliable transmission to the remote client browser. User through a PC browser login system, can get equipment real-time data and video image, also can control the equipment, so as to realize remote monitoring. This paper designed and implemented a embedded remote monitoring system based on B/S structure, is of important engineering value.

Abstract: This article takes the industrial robot workpiece sorting issue as a background, introduces an embedded machine vision system based on DM642. The system realizes the image preprocessing, feature extraction, image recognition and other work in DSP, and transmits detection results to robot controller through network interface. Experimental results show that the system can effectively solve the problem of sorting regular geometric workpiece, and can meet the requirements of real-time and accuracy in industrial applications.

Abstract: The article researched on edge extraction system of the laser welding image based on ARM micro controller. The system can achieve accurate extraction on the edge of the laser welding pool, and reduce the system cost effectively while satisfying the real-time constraints. With STM32f103 controller for the system as the core, the outside are image storage and display module. The image processing methods of gray-scale transformation, image smoothing, threshold segmentation and edge extraction are realized in ARM, and the processed images are displayed in LCD. The experimental results show that the system researched in this paper can extract color molten pool image edge accurately without distortion and better reflect the relationship between welding parameters and weld pool geometry size, and provide the basis for building real-time control system of the laser welding quality.

Abstract: Network is the foundation of education informationization, supporting campus teaching and scientific research. Data center functions as the nerves center of the whole network that plays the crucial role for the stable operation of the network. Thus it should be guaranteed stable operation. Regarding to the problem that high-precision air conditioner remains high energy consumption of the entire data center, embedded web system - based technology is put forward in this paper. The technology uses MSP430 microprocessor, CS8900A network chip and temperature humidity sensor to construct long-distance intelligent monitoring system based on Zigbee terminal node equipment. Consequently it can be realized that high-precision air conditioner can be conducted quadratic optimal control through the system of the sum of environment temperature acquisition and control, and air condition linkage feedback. It is stated by the results that PUE of data center is reduced and a green and energy-efficient data center can be built by deploying the system.

Abstract: In current education realm, the new technology terminal is essential for modern educational method. Thus, the embedded technology is focused and utilized to improve the level of education technology. In this paper, a kind of embedded terminal is designed for experimental class application, which is based on AVR-mega48, and the LCD, the standard keyboard, the nRF2401 wireless modules are integrated into the system. The whole system operates under the control of UC/OS-II system, which provides an excellent software platform for the future development of other modules.

Abstract: The architecture of the system is divided into some modules according to the operating level: interface layer, the database engine layer, and data access layer, database maintenance module and data storage module. This paper discusses in detail the data definition design and the important function of EDB and realizes the EDB management implementation details. The paper introduce in details the EDB system architecture, the design of physical storage structure and basic table structure. Through the actual use, the database system is suitable for embedded systems with limited resources, has good portability.

Abstract: Aiming at the file transmission problem between electronic controller for an engine and the portable test equipment based on AT91SAM9263 and Linux, the Interlnk/Intersvr software and their communicating protocol are analyzed and studied which used by electronic controller. The message format and communicating process are made clear by putting up protocol analysis environment at laboratory and source code analysis, FAT file system structure and its access methods are studied, and the file transmission function of test equipment has been fulfilled. The results of test indicate that the desired goals have been reached.

Abstract: This system based on embedded technology, MMS wireless communication, etc. Various kinds of modern technology, design a kind of based on GPRS MMS remote monitoring alarm system, this system chooses LPC2132 chip as embedded processor, serial ports, camera, GPRS and infrared pyroelectric sensor module and other hardware. Main funtions as follows: when someone illegally broken into specific space abnormal happens, infrared pyroelectric sensor embedded processor immediately trigger caused disruption, the camera automatically shooting scene image, and transferred to the embedded processor module, embedded processor calls AT instructions through GPRS networks will the collected pictures sent to specify users mobile phone. Users can call or send messages to the system for pictures, but also through the mobile terminal control the system protection and removal. System software embedded in part using development platform ADS development, the key technology was embedded processor interrupt trigger, user instruction processing, control the acquisition and sending MMS etc. This paper analyses the working principle, AT GPRS directive system structure of use, embedded in space, thus realize user of real-time monitoring and alarm.
