Abstract: The chemical composition, tensile, impact and microstructure of the high-performance weather-resistant building structural steel in Ansteel are analyzed, and the results showed that the steel plate has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. Its weather resistance is more than 2 times that of ordinary structural steel, the welding cold crack sensitivity is low, and the welded joint has good tensile and impact resistance performance, which fully meets the requirements of various application indexes of construction steel. The steel has been applied in the project of Beijing Winter Olympic Alpine ski center and the actual effect is good.

Abstract: Given industrial applications, the costs for the operation and maintenance of a pump system typically far exceed its purchase price. For finding an optimal pump configuration which minimizes not only investment, but life-cycle costs, methods like Technical Operations Research which is based on Mixed-Integer Programming can be applied. However, during the planning phase, the designer is often faced with uncertain input data, e.g. future load demands can only be estimated. In this work, we deal with this uncertainty by developing a chance-constrained two-stage (CCTS) stochastic program. The design and operation of a booster station working under uncertain load demand are optimized to minimize total cost including purchase price, operation cost incurred by energy consumption and penalty cost resulting from water shortage. We find optimized system layouts using a sample average approximation (SAA) algorithm, and analyze the results for different risk levels of water shortage. By adjusting the risk level, the costs and performance range of the system can be balanced, and thus the system's resilience can be engineered.

Abstract: Rubber concrete acted as one kinds of building materials came from the traditional modification concrete, and it had the excellent thermal insulation properties, such as light, good toughness, good thermal insulation, so it had been initially used in civil engineering, such as railways, highways and so it’s like. It improved the large rigidity and insufficient toughness for the ordinary high strength concrete, and also offered a better choice for the treatment of waste rubber. This paper combined the rubber research institute of concrete for at home and abroad about 30 years, and summed up the way of modification, the mechanical properties, application status, and indicated the existing problems about the studies concrete to the rubber concrete.

Abstract: A failure criterion is proposed for complex rocks and soils. Their anisotropic and nonlinear behavior is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The influence of the intermediate principal stress is taken into account. The nonhomogeneous strength and the effect of geological temperature are also discussed. Many classical failure criteria are special cases of the proposed condition. The criterion is applied in the analysis of the bedrock of Ankang Dam in China. The case study illustrates the potential of the proposed general model in engineering application.

Abstract: Complex structural patterns and behaviors promote hot researches of health monitoring technology to large-span steel structures all over the world. Health monitoring to key parts of large-span steel structures during construction and service processes grasp the stress situation, which can ensure the safety of the structure. In this paper, self-developed health monitoring system which use vibrating wire sensor, had been developed to monitor Jinan Grand Theatre Concert Hall. The monitoring results show that there is no significant damage occurred in monitoring positions, which proves a reasonable design and a safe and stable state of the structure. Meanwhile, the self-developed health monitoring system has a high accuracy and good stability and can be widely applied.

Abstract: An improved multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed to solve constrained optimization problems. The constrained optimization problem is converted into a multi-objective optimization problem. In the evolution process, our algorithm is based on multi-objective technique, where the population is divided into dominated and non-dominated subpopulation. Arithmetic crossover operator is utilized for the randomly selected individuals from dominated and non-dominated subpopulation, respectively. The crossover operator can lead gradually the individuals to the extreme point and improve the local searching ability. Diversity mutation operator is introduced for non-dominated subpopulation. Through testing the performance of the proposed algorithm on 3 benchmark functions and 1 engineering optimization problems, and comparing with other meta-heuristics, the result of simulation shows that the proposed algorithm has great ability of global search. Abstract: The degree of difficulty of coal seam water infusion is the important basis of pouring water into coal beds, by fully analyzing influence factors of the degree of difficulty of pouring water into coal beds, the main influence factors of pouring water into coal beds was determined and the fuzzy clustering analysis model was build which base on the depth of burying of the coal seam, crack growth degree, porosity, moist edge, water saturation value-added and consistent coefficient. By comparing evaluation result of this model with Fisher evaluation result, the model result is accuracy and reliability. According to this model to predict South decurrent 18th layer 7th face Coal Seam of Shuangyashan Mining Group Dongrong No.2 Coal Mine, the predicted results are consistent with the actual situation and offering theoretical guidance to the choice of injection water parameters .
