Abstract: Energetics is one of the leading sectors of the Ukrainian economy, which provides vital interests of the country, its economic security, social and cultural standard of living of the people. At the present stage of the transformational processes that dominate the world, when innovation, efficiency and competitiveness become the main tasks and signs of economic development, еnergetics becomes a key factor in technological modernization of the economy.The current state of industrial development in Ukraine is characterized by a drop in investment processes and a lack of production. The industry has an advantage in industries with a low technological level, final consumption products are largely uncompetitive in foreign markets, and a significant gap in socio-economic development levels is slowing down the growth of the economy both in general and in the sectors of the national economy. Author's contribution consists in providing the most effective management tools of business competitiveness at present. The article deals the features of formation of competitive advantages of power enterprises.

Abstract: As they develop, enterprises often face difficulties due to their own expansion operations the complexity of which has increased. In many cases, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) provides a possibility for the enterprises to meet their objectives more efficiently. Many times, the expanding enterprises are exposed to complex challenges, other than the safety that their business operates smoothly. In their attempt to differentiate from the other enterprises, those enterprises undergoing development must use any available opportunity. The ERP system can provide this opportunity, but many enterprises simply do not have the capacity to intelligently use such a system. Instead, top performing companies are more entitled to apply the data provided by the ERP in Business Analytics in order to use more efficiently such valuable information. This leads to decisions of enterprises by which they can improve the customer services, can plan better the customers' requests and can finally get higher profits. Based on a survey performed by top enterprises and SMEs, it was highlighted how the integrated ERP system can improve the performance of enterprises' businesses and taking efficient decisions by managers.

Abstract: In the current bottleneck for the development of enterprises, combined with artificial neural networks, game management theory, developing a new set of future information management systems and elaborate various aspects of its structure, function modules, the system features and so on.

Abstract: With the arrival of the wave of information technology, the business activities of a variety of business systems via the network to complete. But the virus to exploit system vulnerabilities to sneak into the enterprise information network server, the enterprise network into a leak and suffered the double threat of external hackers. Leverage existing security infrastructure, enterprise networks, statistical analysis of all possible virus invasion point, combined with a good virus defense technology layers protection system vulnerabilities, the formation of a whole network antivirus, coordinated operations, a unified management modernization virus defense systems.

Abstract: With the acceleration of enterprise information, office automation system had already become an important content of enterprise modernization. Enterprises realized office automation which could optimize management organization, increase coordination office ability and increase the efficiency of the enterprise's decision-making. The paper was based on the workflow technology to carry on the document management module’s design and implementation in the enterprise office automation in order to achieve the enterprise document automatic functions of approval.

Abstract: With the advent of the era of economic globalization and Internet information and the emergence of this emerging industry, e-commerce for modern business provides a completely new business platform, which has played a tremendous economic significance in promoting the potential engine of global growth for small and medium-sized enterprise's survival and development. Abstract: Traditional enterprise performance evaluation system is to achieve the objective of maximizing corporate value, focusing on the economic consequences, without considering the ecological environment, social responsibility and other non-financial factors, which is obviously inconsistent with the requirements of sustainable development. In this paper, an objective analysis of the existing financial performance evaluation system defects, based on the sustainable development strategy, discussed the performance evaluation of the goals and values, evaluation principles, contents and multiple other aspects of evaluation design, and then build enterprise Performance Evaluation System under the perspective of sustainable development .

Abstract: Intelligent agents have an important role when we are talking about a virtual enterprise. Its role has been widely discussed over the years. Electronic commerce has been gaining momentum and is already quite popular among common consumers. The paper tries to combine these ideas and develop other aspects that arise from here. The tests and the simulation results show what and how can be some consequences related to e-commerce, with direct implications of intelligent agents in a virtual enterprise.

Abstract: Under the background of current continuous changing market economy and rapid development of information, enterprise will increase the demand of information or data, and correspondingly put forward higher requirements for its quality. For the purpose of better usage and information data control, enterprises put forward pioneering construct competitive intelligence system. Competitive intelligence system can provide accurate, effective and high value, timeliness strong intelligence data to enterprises and the enterprises may adjust their competitive strategy, and effectively enhance their own competitive advantages. The application of data mining technology in enterprise competitive intelligence system can upgrade information reserve capacity and optimize information channels to improve system efficiency effectively. In the process of enterprises development, the establishment of competitive intelligence system based on data mining technology has particularly important practical significance, so we should put more effort into establishing and running the intelligence system.
