Abstract: From the perspective of the synergy effect, the paper discusses how to construct the industry cluster collaboration design platform. As is known, the concept of industry cluster collaboration platform has been paid great attention with the economic growth, which has become a national leading research programs and key research projects in various provinces and cities. Therefore, it is very necessary to build industry cluster collaboration design platform. In this paper, the construction mechanism of industry cluster collaboration design platform is divided into collaborative session, collaborative browsing, collaborative text editing, collaborative tagging and collaborative inquiry. In detail, the policy should adopt the temporal characteristics, including remote synchronous mode, remote asynchronous mode, synchronous model and asynchronous model.

Abstract: Present society is established as an informational. A man meets a lot of sources of information every day. Their understanding and further application in practice is important for the life of an individual human. The organisation uses the knowledge of employees for its production subsequently. The level of efficient and successful knowledge management depends on internal organisational culture. In order to prepare future employees for such a working environment, they must acquire a lot of tacit and explicit knowledge before. An educational environment at school is a basic point of creation of the knowledge of future employee, heavily influenced by teachers, teaching aids, tools and content of teaching. The article deals with a professional education of students. This is a combination of teaching at the school with requirements of a business practice. Some facts about building-up an optimal knowledge about the field of quality are shown in this article on the example of lecturing courses about the quality. They are defined a teaching content, a form, a person of teacher, a mode of feedback from teaching and a continuity of the business practice to production systems of enterprises. The aim of the article is to contribute to building-up a learning organisation by applying of the process approach in the teaching.

Abstract: From the perspective of the circular economy, the paper considers that the enterprise social responsibility in industrial cluster can be divided into four kinds of social responsibility of consciousness including the legal responsibility, moral responsibility, strategic social responsibility and charitable social responsibility. Moreover, the network behavior of social responsibility of enterprises with interaction is rooted in the enterprise. Finally, the interaction structure among cluster enterprises affects corporate social responsibility behavior choice and social responsibility behavior such as the production of the network, which can promote the information flow of enterprise social responsibility between suppliers, manufacturers and retailers.

Abstract: Man, Society and Environment have mutual relationship. Nature and society are interdependent and duty of man to protect them is inherent. It has become common expectation of the whole people to pursue benefit and promote sustainable development between enterprise and society. However, some enterprises stress the nature of enterprise for pursuing profits excessively, not considering the interaction between enterprise and society, denying corporate social responsibility for environmental protection. This article examines the concept of corporate social responsibility of environmental protection, the relations between corporate social responsibility and environmental protection. Finally, the countermeasures for enterprises to undertake responsibility of environmental protection are put forward.

Abstract: The paper analyzes and evaluates the current domestic enterprise softwareapplication, first use the questionnaire investigation, mainly concentrated in the high-tech enterprises, the medium and small enterprises of high percentage. Researchmainly aimed at the software brand, satisfaction, function, price, purchase demand andimportance, after sale service and other aspects of the investigation. After screening screening to obtain effective questionnaires, and use descriptive analysis method toresearch the results of statistical analysis. The results showed: the enterprises shouldpay attention to the price of brand in the software selection, also need to compare products and after sale service function of comprehensive factors such as.

Abstract: The environmental governance behaviors of the government and the enterprise is analyzed by a game theoretical model. The Nash equilibrium is discussed under three different cases. If the government has a relatively large budget, it will satisfy its preference and the enterprise contribute nothing; if the government has a moderate budget, it will contribute all to the environmental governance while the enterprise still contribute nothing; if the government has a relatively small budget, it will contribute all, and the enterprise will spend part of its budget to satisfy its preference.

Abstract: Internet MIS security technology includes mainly: Authentication, Encryption, Access Control, Auditing and so on. Role-based access control (RBAC) is an access control method that has been widely used in Internet, operation system and relation database many years. Though RBAC is already relatively mature in the above fields, new problems occur when it is used in XML properties. By means of enterprise office automation system (EOA), the enterprise can easily migrate the release of information and communication functions to the Internet, which makes people convenience. The EOA system also provided a combination of enterprise management process reengineering, construction and optimization of the internal management information systems, decision support systems, and office automation systems. The system can get high level technical and advisory support for the management of enterprise information to fulfill the needs of specific business, affairs, and the conferences. This paper introduces EOA system strategy based on role-based access control (RBAC). The system centers in day-to-day office management service, achieves division of authority between different departments and staff through the introduction of data rights and function rights, so as to achieve the office management platform with the coordination of information, management, and service. This paper provides the method of realizing the work flow through RBAC management, the concept of authority is broken down to each operating procedures; realization of user operational procedures are reflected in the achievement of right-matching and right-series, office processes are standardized, the management level and quality are improved; the goal of improving office efficiency is achieved.

Abstract: As an important component of the society, enterprises also bring a series of environmental problems when pursuing their own economic interests. Nowadays, the people pay more and more attention to the environmental protection, and urge to make the coordinated development between people and environment; therefore, the enterprises shall take their due responsibilities on the environmental protection actively, and make their own correct choices for the society and their own development.

Abstract: The high cost and low benefit of energy storage are affecting its large-scale development. In this paper, the economical status of ESS in different occasions is summarized. To explore multiple benefits of ESS, the cost/benefits using diesel generator or ESS are both calculated in large enterprises. The results show that ESS will play multiple roles in large enterprises and bring economical and environmental benefits. Therefore, we should be in search of proper business model by reducing cost and dig more benefits to promote the development of ESS.

Abstract: Nowadays the knowledge of information systems and their effective application during business operations is an essential requirement for the survival of enterprises. This factor belongs to the most significant economic challenges of the XXI. century. The role of information systems is very complex, having separate modules for performing numerous business functions. [4,15] The economic development level of a country can be seen as a reliable reference to the degree of its IT development in general or to the number of information systems applied by the enterprises operating there. Starting from this assumption, the present paper deals with the differences observed in the application of information systems among German and Hungarian enterprises.
