Abstract: In order to facilitate government making timely decision for multiple internet public opinion emergencies with interval fuzzy indicators, we first determine the rational weight of each emergency decision index based on fuzzy information entropy of interval index. Then we aggregate all the interval index values to obtain the comprehensive alarm interval of each emergency. Finally, we can get the priority of emergency operation of all the internet public opinion emergencies according to the possible degree between their alarm intervals.

Abstract: To improve compression performance, and realize the automatic selection of compression algorithms in processing images without the prior information, the regularity relationship between compression algorithms and image features is studied, and a preprocessing scheme of block and classification based on image features has been proposed in this paper. Compression algorithms pre and post preprocessing scheme are investigated for the same 100 images. Our scheme achieves the larger peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR), which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed preprocessing scheme of block and classification in improving compression performance and selecting suitable algorithm to process image without the prior information.

Abstract: For the purpose of extracting the information of ice shelves, the statistical analysis of TM, ETM+ and Landsat8 OLI imagery of the typical area at the southwest corner of Wilkins Ice Shelf is conducted. Basic statistics of single bands were extracted and the correlation coefficients, joint entropy as well as the Optimum Index Factor among multiple bands were calculated. The results of experiments as well as the characteristics of spectrum characteristics of the surface features were taken into consideration comprehensively and the optional bands combinations were investigated. Results show that for TM and ETM + imagery, the combination of band 2, 3 and 4 is the optional bands combination. For L8 OLI imagery, the combination of band 3, 4 and 5 is the optional bands combination. In these two kinds of combinations, the images contain abundant information and moderate brightness. The features are more obvious to distinguish.

Abstract: Molodtsov initiated the concept of soft sets, which can be used as general mathematical tool for dealing with untertainty. An intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is a combination of an intuitionistic fuzzy set and a soft set. In this paper, we introduce a formula to calculate the entropy of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. We also give numerical example to illustrate the application of the entropy. Furthermore, we study the relationship of the entropy and the distance measure of intuitionistic soft fuzzy sets.

Abstract: In order to fully reveal information about landslide displacement, it was necessary to extend a time series to a higher-dimensional state space for the characteristic of univariate time series. However, in order to control the expansion of noise, an appropriate embedded dimension of phase space reconstruction was not the bigger the better. In this paper, based on the displacement time series of landslide, the phase space theory was used to build displacement time series matrix and the entropy theory was used to get the entropy. The embedded dimension of phase space reconstruction could be adjusted according to the change of entropy and feedback of displacement prediction error and a support vector regression model was created via the support vector machine’s learning. The application on Baijiabao landslide indicates that the proposed method achieves a high accuracy and stability of prediction.

Abstract: The quality of metal production can be different even at identical elemental composition and similar heat treatment. The thermo-time smelting regime influences on structure of a metal melt. The structure of a melt influences on process of a hardening and quality of solid alloy. The thermo-time processing of a melt is very relevant at production of nanocristaline materials. The structure of amorphous ribbon is inherited from a melt. The long-lived relaxation processes can be exist in liquid state. They can lasts units or even tens hours. The thermo-time processing allows to receive an equilibrium melt. The properties of an equilibrium melt depend only on an elemental composition and temperature. The development of thermo-time processing is possible on the basis of analysis of different structural-sensing properties of melts. The thermo-time processing is a combination of heating temperatures and temporary ranges. But more often it is possible to determine temperature at which one a melt passes to an equilibrium state practically instantly. Such temperature is named “critical temperature”. The achievement of “critical temperature” is accompanied by anomalies on relations of properties to temperature. The quality of soft magnetic materials received from melt heated up above than “critical temperature” is higher.

Abstract: We developed an evaluation method of architectural degree of order for the Weapon Equipment System on the basis of complex networks, and an evaluation framework for the combat capability of weapon equipment systems based on the entropy measure. Specifically, it comprehensively evaluated the architectural degree of order of the weapon equipment system according to the time efficiency entropy, quality entropy and anti-congestion entropy of complex networks. We got the index weight by means of Group-AHP, and accordingly the results of the architectural degree of order of the weapon equipment system. Finally, we employed an example to testify our model.

Abstract: Taking fresh agricultral products sale logistics systems as research object, this paper established an index system for the risk evaluation of the sale logistics of fresh agricultral products. In determining the weight of evaluation index, the calculation is combined with AHP and entropy method, and we evaluated the safety of the sale logistics of fresh agricultral products using Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract: How to implement the life-cycle management of water conservancy and hydro power project cost effectively, and how to distinguish the influence degree of different factors on project cost stage management. This is a key problem in project cost control. In this paper, based on the influence of each factor on the overall evaluation goal influence, FAHP is applied to set up Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model. Aiming at the variability characteristics of factors in each stage, the information entropy is used to determine the objective weight in the model, in combination with AHP the subjective weights to determine the weight.

Abstract: The minimization of the entropy generation is fundamental for the thermodynamic design. Based on theoretical relations contained in the references [1,2,3,4], a numerical simulation program of the entropy flow generated at the flow with friction and heat exchange was developed, whose results are included herein. From their analysis it is clear that between irreversibility and design parameters there isn’t a monotonous dependence, and that, by the mere intuition, without a directed concern, we cannot predict the effect of a design change on the global configuration of irreversibility.
